The staff, location and breakfast was all great! The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The location was fantastic and the continental breakfast each morning was perfect for us.

We found leftover food and a dirty sock in our room. The room side was very small and we had to jiggle the tolilet every time we flushed so that it wouldn’t run. Not what I would expect at almost $470.00 a night.

Great location, tiny rooms and not worth the price.

The location of the hotel was very central for walking around some main tourist sites. There is a small supermarket down the road to buy snacks and drinks. The hotel itself feels very Parisian.

The toilet was so small my knees were hitting the wall and it was very difficult to use the toilet effectively. The room was also quite noisy from the residents in the flats across the road.

The rooms were small. On the 6th floor one could bump their head on the slanted ceiling, which I did.

Not too small room with big balcony.

Valet parking really saves up some time and energy. Hotel staff were friendly and free complementary bottle of champagne and balloons was nice.

They put 2 single beds together to make one queen size bed. It was really difficult and not comfortable to sleep for couple. And you get cheaper prices than booking.com at the walk-in check-in. I booked my room for 440€ but at front desk you could get same room for 280€ only.

-Staffs are welcoming and nice, solve the problem on time. -Room is clean. -Good place. The hotel is only about 5 min walk to the underground, which is convenient. I will highly recommend to my friends

-The cleaning staff didn't spread my quilt properly for one night，and often time forget to provide us with new bathroom products like shampoo. -Although the elevator is special, it might be inconvenient, since it's too small. For customers living in the higher floor may need to wait for a long time.

Summit: not really recommendable

The reception crew is friendly and helpfully engaged.

The General manager is an unfriendly nongreeting man. It seems he does not like guests. The hotel is charming but shabby, max 3-4 stars. Renovation is very necessary. The breakfast is to expensive and served by a nice but helpless nonprefessional young lady. vacuuming only on demad. Not only 1 TV-Sender in german.

The location, close to Trocadero and Eiffel Tower. The breakfast. Nice cozy hall with a fireplace. Friendly staff.
