Friendly staff and lovely and pleasant little spot in a fantastic location.

The rooms are tasteful and made to please guests, there’s a small closet, soft lighting and incredibly comfortable bed.

Rooms are small but this is expected and location really makes up for it.

Perfect Parisian Short Stay

The property was lovely, very comfortable and the location was perfect. Alexander was brilliant - he was very informative and pleasant to speak with. We stayed in Paris for my husbands 30th birthday and they decorated the room with balloons, banners and a bottle of cremant. Would absolutely stay again.

I’d been curious about this place for a while because it looked so lovely on Instagram. But in reality, the room was tiny, the toilet barely flushed, and the hairdryer wasn’t just broken—it smelled like it was about to catch fire 😣 Great location, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Location

Room was a tiny box room, ridiculously small. So was the bathroom no room to move. Tv didn’t work, toilet flush wasn’t great

Great location and welcoming staff. Rooms clean and comfortable overall

Location was great to get around to major tourist spots. Had a small elevator

Airconditioning control was for whole hotel so being on top (5) floor the room heated up a little more than we found comfortable and we couldn’t get it cooler as there was also no ability to open a window (which other rooms did have).

Had problems as I was told via email that they would have soya milk was told no we don’t have it after a discussion they finally agreed to get me some !! That was a battle. Staff is not really experienced I do not thick it is a a 3 star hotel at all lucky if it’s a 2star !!!

Air conditioning stopped working, hair dryer didn’t work, no milk or teaspoons, lipstick mark left on supposedly clean coffee cup. Attention to detail needs to be better. The pictures on the Booking website flatter this hotel.

Very nice location, safe and clean.

Asked for two twins upon booking, got one bed and the guy at the desk wouldn't take a postcard to mail from the hotel so I had to wander around paris looking for a post box. Most hotels will nicely mail guests' postcards.

Overpriced for what it was

Good location and friendly helpful staff

The air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted and was set at the same temperature for each room. I did go to reception to ask about this and also ask for a fan but they didn’t have any. The room was cramped and not superior as booked at all and really hot and we were next to the outdoor smoking area and had no windows to open and could smell smoke through the closed window that we did have

Absolutely perfect stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can’t say enough good things about it. First of all, the location is unbeatable — right in the heart of everything, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. It made getting around the city so convenient! The hotel itself was spotlessly clean. What truly made my stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Every person I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and felt at home. The breakfast was wonderful too

Don't expect much, but great location if you don't plan on staying in the room.

Location is excellent - can't be faulted there.

Room was not serviced during the 3 nights we stayed - for the price, I think towels at least should be provided each day. There was no sign to hang on door requesting, so the default should be to service the rooms. We were in room 504 - paint peeling on ceiling of the bathroom and the shower curtain looked like it hadn't been changed in years (again at this price the expectation would be a shower door). Aircon did not work in the room. Staff at reception unfriendly - not like other service we experienced in Paris. Similar hotel with better rooms and staff nearby.

Great location, close to Trocadero and other tourist attractions.

Location was fantastic - very close to Trocadero and Eiffel Tower and Metro stations. Some lovely cafe's close by to enjoy nice Parisian breakfast. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Although room was small, bathroom was clean and tidy and shower was excellent.

Room was a bit on the small side. Lift only able to have 2 people with rucksacks...

It was so charming , clean, pristine and super staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Perfect location with only a few minutes walk to the metro, Eiffel Tower, river Seine, and fantastic cafes and shops.

Hotel staff very helpful. Room lovely and clean. Good location close to restaurants and cafes. Effel tower around 30 min walk. Good access to metro lines.

View from window was overlooking internal courtyard and all sides building. Towels could have been bigger and no milk for coffee.

The location is very good. 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and close to loading locations for Seine river cruises. The gentleman at the front desk was awesome and super helpful. We would definitely stay here again! Close to the subway and tour bus stops.

Lovely little hotel. Very nice pleasant and helpful staff. Great area for Eiffel Tower. Nice restaurants nearby. Hotel very clean. Will come again (hopefully) Rooms are small as are most Paris hotels that aren’t big chains. Facilities were great. Needed a key for the safe (ask at reception) no fridge but didn’t cause an issue.

It was fine. Small lift and a spiral staircase so be aware if this if you have mobility issues, but it was fine for us

Good location, but price is not adequate to the comfort level.

Location is very good. Clean, staff is very kind and supportive. Breakfast typical French.

The price was inadequately high - 400 EUR per night. The comfort level is not adequate. If the price was around 150 EUR, everything would be OK. In February it was really cold in the room.
