Just a room to sleep !

Nothing much to like

Nothing quite special …also on the last night there wasn’t any hot water in the cold winter! Therefore could not shower!

Perfect for a week in Paris

Location, Room & spaciousness given its in a prime location, lots of good options around to eat & shop, 5 min walk to Trocadero I'm particulary happy about the staff accomodating my request to leave my luggage in storage for 2 nights whileI was travelling outside of Paris and returning only to pickk my luggage as I was flying out the same night

Breakfast was average. Heating was a bit unpredictable. It could get really hot along the night.

A short excursion which worth

Location was fantastic, after a 5 minutes walk you can reach the area which you can see the Eifell Tower from a distance and I believe the best scene. We walked from Champ Elysee to hotel without any problem. Hotel was from cleanliness perspective decent, nothing to complain. At the reception, they were very helpful and we checked in w/o any problem. We already read the comments about the parking space before we select the hotel and we were aware of it. It was really an adventure to park your car in an underground parking lot (I parked to -4) which is so narrow but doable :)

I've expected little bit bigger rooms when I think how much money I paid for the hotel. The facilities at the hotel were little old. The door of the cabinet was not working properly. The heating in our room was not sufficient (our kids room was perfect) and we used the heater in the room which one of the legs is broken. Rooms have kitchen and kitchenware, but the pan in our room was so scratched, we couldn't dare to use it. As standard the hotel does not change the bed sheets and the towels, which is strange but they offer you to take by yourself from the 5th floor if you need.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would be happy to stay here again.

The apartment is in a great location. The rooms are a fair size, especially considering that Paris rooms are generally quite small. The beds were comfortable, and the windows provided good ventilation. The Asian girl at reception has a cheeky eye and smile :)

One downside is that the toilet is not inside the bathroom and is located down the other end of room, which can be a little inconvenient. However, this wasn’t a deal-breaker.

Amazing and chill stay.

The location is great, almost in the middle from eiffel tower and the arc de triomphe. Near to it there are great coffee shops, restaurants and a supermarket.

The bed sheet had a yellow stain, it made me skeptical if they had my room cleaned and bed changed after the last visitor.

Location was amazing, short walk to amazing view of the Eiffel Tower! Plenty of shops, restaurants all within a short walk. Room was clean and suited our needs, staff were friendly and breakfast we paid extra for in the morning was nice too. Laundry facilities in the basement were easy to use.

Milk hot drinks weren't available at night time, they only had espresso black coffee available.

I still liked the location and facility

House cleaning never showed up int place. I saw the cleaners around the floor Pressing was not on time, needed to remind them. The cost list was not easy to understand

Very well located, clean, friendly staff.

Excellent location, just a 5-10 minute walk from the Trocadero colonnade and views of the Eiffel Tower. There are quite a few brasseries and restaurants in the area, and a good-sized supermarket less than a minute away. The staff were friendly and the room was clean (but...see below).

Unfortunately although I requested a room with twin beds and a sofa bed, we got a room with one double, and a sofa bed which turned in to two singles. So technically it suited our needs, but the sofa bed is pretty unforgiving. Also, although the rooms are clean and in good decorative order, they're quite small.

Apartments are not far from Eiffel town this is good thing. Rooms are a bit tired, but clean.

There is no sound isolation at all. We cannot sleep during the night as you can hear everything that your neighbors do. Their steps, in room door opening and closing, moving chairs, taking shower etc. Usually all neighbors go sleeping at 04.00 a.m. You also hear cars that going from the parking under the building. Trash containers rolling in the early morning. Smoke from the pizzeria that is located in the same building goes to our window. If you want to get fresh air in the room, it is the big problem. If you want to live in quiet place in Paris, better choose another place.

Nice functional hotel, location is prime

The room was clean, very functional. The kitchen has everything you might need to make dinner, there's also a dishwasher which was great! There's a supermarket 1 minute from the hotel, which was great. Prices are amazing in Paris, and Europe in general. Could have been nice to have extra covers in the room, there was exactly 1 cover for each person, and we needed a bit more. The location is great - it's 10 minutes walk from the Trocadero Square - which has the best view of the Eiffel Tower in all of Paris. You can walk down another 10 minutes to reach the tower itself. From the other side of the hotel, you can walk in the opposite direction about 10-15 minutes, and reach the Champs-Elysee, which is also great to visit. All in all - it's really a nice quiet neighborhood, but yet very central.

The staff at the reception could have been nicer. We arrived parched from the walk to the hotel from the metro (about 7 minutes walk) - and we needed to ask for a few cups to drink water. There was a water cooler there but without cups, which we needed to pour water into something. We received, after getting a few grim faces for even asking, exactly 10 mini paper cups for the whole family (we were 10 people). The staff there is a bit young, like maybe people in their 20s, so I assume they don't care much about genuine customer service. They were very "functional", so we didn't care much.
