    First time in Paris. Found this hotel clean, very close to metro station, easily accessible to different parts of Paris. Rooms are clean, very safe. Hotel staff are helpful. One night we returned to the hotel, and found a suspicious man following us to the lobby, hotel staff was professional and approached the man to ask his intention. Laundromatte and supermarkets nearby. Neighbouring hood felt quite safe. Rooms are soundproof. Will stay again if we visit Paris again.

    Great stay in Paris with Mercure Hotel Grenelle

    Location is good, near Eiffel tower and walking distance to the train station. But during our stay, the elevator was not working and we are located at the 5th floor so we had to use the stairs to go upstairs and downstairs every time we need to go out of the property. Considering the amount of the money we paid for this and the fact that this is not even a cheap hotel, the services and comfort do not align with the value for money. Again, this is not a budget hotel and the price per night is not cheap but without elevator, it’s like staying in a budget hotel without this amenity.
