Clean elegant hotel but very pricey.

Property was clean staff were helpful. Good location.

Pool was a little cold. Limited options on food I asked for French fries for my son and was told we don’t do this here. I had a couple coffees each morning and juice and one meal and my room service bill for two days was 300€. Astonishing prices. Drinks from the mini bar for a coke is like €9 be prepared for the costings.

Don’t expect to check in early, but location was good and most of the staff was solid.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The guys that helped with our luggage were great and very helpful, providing assistance with luggage and giving us suggestions for food.

We arrived at 10:30am and I had notified them earlier about our early arrival. When we arrived they said check-in is at 3pm, and that checkout time is at noon, so will take some time for them to get the rooms ready. We came back at 2pm and found that one room was ready, while the other still needed more time. The front desk said it would be close to 3pm before it was ready. I came back and checked at 2:50pm and they said, it will be ready at 3pm. I came back at 3pm and they said just a few minutes. I came back at 3:10pm and they said, sorry, still needed a few more minutes to finish. So I decided to stand at the desk and wait, because I was beyond frustrated now. I stood there for 20 minutes and I was able to get into my room at 3:30pm. Now this is ok in most circumstances, but we had flown in that morning from the US and I had asked multiple times to see how we can ensure the room was ready early. The staff at the front desk were pretty rude when I asked about the status and I felt like they didn’t care about me. It was far from the expectation of a hotel when paying almost $1,500 for one night! Totally unacceptable.

Best hotel in paris

I had a very happy and pleasant stay at this friendly hotel in Paris. The reception team made check-in easy and smooth, and they were always kind and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very big, extremely clean, and felt so comfortable and welcoming—it truly felt like being at home. I also want to thank both the reception staff and the doorman for always being so friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Thomas, who went above and beyond: we accidentally left behind some of our expensive belongings on our way to the airport, and he helped us get them back quickly & send it to our home country . We are so grateful for his support! Overall, everything was excellent—super clean rooms, warm hospitality, and outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel.

Could have been better.

The rooms are clean and smelled good. We got a junior suits so it was a good size with a very convenient small kitchen that we could cook in.

It’s pretty disappointing that there is construction right in front of your hotel window. We didn’t have a view and had to keep the blinds closed the hold time because there were workers on the scaffolding at times.

Apart from cleaning service I had a very pleasant stay with family

The staff in reception were amazing . The family room was beautiful and spacious. The breakfast room was small but perfectly ok for Paris .

The only draw back was the cleaning services . Whilst the room was immaculately clean when we received it on the day , the next time the rubbish were not picked up not hoovered properly and above all the coffee cups and plates were not replaced . In the evening only the towels were changed but the room service plates and other rubbish were not picked up

Great location … zero rating .

Receptionist on arrival very rude and unwelcoming , very disrespectful. Spa was a joke , no treatments available, didn’t see anyone using the pool and very unhelpful staff . No bottle opener in the room so couldn’t access water bottles after my marathon… very annoying. I locked a wardrobe and took the key , and housekeeping picked and destroyed the lock so they could access my wardrobe , did not trust them at all so locked everything in the safe the following day , no fresh food on offer , Room service food was provided but no nice , very disappointed overall , Total waste of money . Zero rating !!!!

furniture is outdated and old , breakfast is limited beds are not comfortable , bumpy and covers are heavy. the air conditioning is not cold . they don't have a service elevator you will wait for ever for the house keeping going up and down. the gym is not diverse enough . the pool is indoor. the spa was closed during my stay.

They did not announce in advance that the pool was under repair. And we did not give a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower as you confirmed in the email. In general, I would not take this hotel because they built a spa that didn't work and the pool is also under renovation. And they also approved a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and in the end they put me in a room with a view of a really disgusting building next door. And the price was very expensive for the value. pure shame. I travel and buy with the help of Bookie Ying a lot of hotels, this was a five star hotel at the level of zero stars, a real shame.
