like the location - range of shops nearby and close to two metro stations. 15 min walk to eiffel tower. staff were very friendly and held our bags after we had checked out but still had a day left!

didn’t like that you could hear the room next door going into their room - always sounded like they were trying to open our door and it woke us up through the night

The room is nice. The location is good, but the hygiene isn't.

he hotel was not clean. The bedspread had not been washed; it was clear they had reused the same sheets. When I pulled back the cover at night, I found hairs inside. It was very disgusting. If the linens are not washed after every guest, there is a serious hygiene problem. They need to address this immediately

Amazing hotel in a great location.

The hotel was in a perfect location! So close to the eiffle tower and all the other attractions, the street had heaps of cafes, restaurants ect which we loved and was super close to the metro. The room was small but perfect for a 3 night stay and was modern and clean. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone.

The only thing was the room wasn't very sound proof and could hear your neighbours at night coming home but didn't find it to much of an issue.

Room was tiny tiny tiny. Bathroom was the smallest ive ever seen, say its the smallest allowed by regulations Shower pipes under the shower were leaking so the water was seaping up through the wood floor in the bedroom Wouldn't cope longer than 2 nights in the room or share with anyone other than my husband. Can hear everything in the bathroom 😂

Amazing location. Clean and cute and comfy. Great view from thr balcony room.

The floor boards leaked in my room after every shower. And required several towels to soak up. The leak wasnt from overspill, but was coming from within the floor. The AC would make a loud mechanical sound every few minutes.

Great location, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and train stations. Rooms were comfortable, clean and modern. Neighbourhood felt very safe.

Okay for 1–2 nights, but some issues need improvement

Excellent location near the metro and Eiffel Tower. Staff were friendly and responsive. Both the hotel and room were clean.

All pillows had a musty, old smell. The AC made a strange vibrating noise at regular intervals, waking me up at night. Big bathroom, but lacking hooks and shelves. Having two separate blankets instead of one large one would be much better. Breakfast could include fresh vegetables. The room had poor noise insulation.

The hotel was in a good location within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and metro stations. The reception staff were so helpful, particularly Kenny, who gave me ideas of where to visit. The continental breakfast was good and the room was clean.

The room size was good for one person but would be tight for any more.

Excellent service and in a great location!

The staff - especially Melissa - is superb! They were so friendly, helpful, and incredibly professional! It is in a great area in the 15th arrondissement. It’s easy to catch an Uber or use the metro. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful part of the city

Fanny was amazingly helpful at reception. She assisted with directions and helpful tips etc. as well as googling to see if she could answer where she was unsure. Rooms were clean, two metros in close proximity. Grocery store opposite McDonalds, bakery in the street as well as a pharmacy. The hotel also offers reasonably priced taxi services which are efficient and reliable.

Everything was absolutely perfect! From the reception, to the terrace, room, bathroom, location, cleanliness. Amazing! Comfortable beds, aesthetically pleasing decoration, great view, pleasant staff. When i visit Paris, i will probably stay again at this hotel.

Clean hotel with good location. Value for money!

The location of the hotel is very good. It's near to multiple train stations and there are plenty of restaurants and shops. It is also a 15 mins walk from the Eiffel Tower and it's a perfect after dinner stroll. Rooms are not big but this is expected. Bathrooms are clean but the towels are a little thin and perhaps it's time to change them. The hotel also offer car transfers which is convenient. However, do state clearly the number of people and luggages as the cars may not fit. I have 4 adults with 7 luggages and we needed two cars.
