Hôtel 31 - Paris Tour Eiffel

Fabulous location. 10 mins walk to Eiffel Tower & on a street with lots of shops & restaurants. Double glazed windows so very quiet. Balcony with views of top half of Eiffel Tower from our balcony. Great size room for 2 adults and one child.

Only one chair out on balcony. Would have been nice to have at least 2 outdoor comfortable chairs to sit & relax & admire the view.

The location is amazing, there are lots of shops in short walking distance as well as the metro station with 2 central lines. You can walk to the Eiffel Tower as well. The staff was super friendly and I was even able to check in early without paying extra. The room has everything you need, bed is comfy and the AC (I was there when it was 37 degrees celcius) works fantastic! Room was super clean as well. The room is rather small, but very normal sized for Paris.

The room is not soundproof, you will hear other guests from the hallway. My neighbours came back at around 1.30 am and thought it was a good idea to discuss all their plans for the next day by almost screaming at each other - the loud guests are obviously not the hotels fault, but it's good to know that you will hear things from the hallway.

Everything went well. The reception staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet selection was decent. The balcony facing the street was a good catch. Best feature (especially for summer): There's a functioning AC. Highly recommended.
