The location (close to Eiffel Tower, but with a lovely "local" street nearby, plus close to the Metro) The breakfast (beautiful French offerings) The view Quite spacious bathroom The beds 😍
Slightly mouldy smell in room Quite expensive (but to be expected in this area of Paris) Would have liked more tea options + a small fridge

The location is good, close to the transport
Very old and shabby hotel, the amenities are worn out, the room was dirty. There was an old battery in the bathroom - that has never been cleaned for ages with the lay of dust and dirt. The hotel needs renovation heavily.
