The location of the hotel is good, clean, quite, breakfast is good but the room size is a bit small. Staffs are nice with smile.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel during my very first visit to Paris, and I wanted to share my heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful experience.
From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The room was cozy and provided everything I needed for a relaxing solo stay. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service from your staff. Everyone was supportive and attentive, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable.
I would especially like to recognize Sami, who was incredibly helpful. His kindness and willingness to assist—even stepping outside to guide the driver on my behalf—made me feel truly cared for. Such thoughtful gestures reflect the high standards of hospitality your hotel embodies.
Thank you once again for making my first Parisian experience so special. I look forward to returning and will gladly recommend Hôtel Eiffel Saint Charles to friends and family.

First, this hotel is so close to everything! Shops, metro, convenience store, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants-etc. Only 10min walk ro Eiffel Tower. Second, the employees are amazing, sweet, nice, very helpful. Cleanliness is 10/10. Rooms are small which is typical and normal in France. The elevator is so cute omg. Big plus for the complimentary drinks in the lobby 24/7.

Arrived late and greeted with a smile. Helped ourselves to tea & coffee while we checked in. Stayed in rooms 301 & 304. Rooms were clean, compact & functional. Very comfortable bed & shower was lovely & warm. Room 301 had a lovely window that opened into the room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Would stay again next time we are in Paris.
