I had an awful experience during my stay, far below what any guest should reasonably expect

I reported the presence of the large dog to three different members of the breakfast staff, yet no one reacted or took any action to enforce the rules. It was precisely this lack of intervention that made me uncomfortable and led me to request the cancellation of my breakfast for the following day. In addition, I would like to bring to your attention another issue encountered regarding the cleanliness of the room. no hand towels were provided. Instead, an extremely worn and visibly used towel had been placed in my room. This was very disappointing and far below the standards one should reasonably expect from a 4 star hotel in the heart of Paris.

The reception staff, especially in the evening are very rude and more interested in private conversations. Also not enough staff manning the desk. There is a lady with long brown hair who is particularly rude.

Fantastic location for a fantastic hotel

The hotel is absolutely fantastic. I feel like Paris gets a bad rep for small rooms but this hotel room was bigger than expected and had a nice bathroom and shower! The breakfast was also very good value, stocks you up for a day of adventuring. Staff were fantastic and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!! Merci

Cozy hotel and rooms, helpful staff and great breakfast.

The hotel itself was very nice. We were pleasantly surprised that our rooms were ready way ahead of check-in time. Even though there was a mess up on the booking.com website while reserving the room, the receptionist was very helpful at resolving the issue. Breakfast was tasty and offered a large assortment of choices.

Unfortunately there was no refrigerator in the room. The bathroom was modern and looked nice, however a door on the shower cabin would be perfect. The room could also do with a few more wall hangers on the big empty wall.

The size of the rooms and the balcony was a quiet escape from busy Paris and sightseeing.

The photographs showed a coffee machine in the room. The hotel is rated four star. Apparently not all rooms are four star. If you don’t read the fine print when you book you don’t get what is in the pictures at all. If you complain you are met with disdain. On arrival the check in person was rude and disdainful and gave me the feeling she really did not want me in her hotel. I generally found the staff rude needing a big lesson in the hospitality industry.

Unsafe hotel

Our safe box in the room was opened on next day of our arrival, and some of our cash money were stolen, the thief thought by stealing some cash not all the cash , we would not know , and wanted to leave doubt over his crime, but were sure how much were stolen because we know how much we had in safe box .The hotel didn’t care and told us to go to police which we didn’t because we were there as tourists and we had no time to go to police , They didn’t care to investigate the matter and find out the perpetrator.they should’ve acted to secure their hotel from thieves among their employees and care about security in their hotel. Who knows what else could happen in this hotel , especially that there is no duty manager is available at all time and at night there is only one person at reception.It is unsafe and insecure hotel.no security personnel at night or day time at hotel .Also , I noticed unfriendly behavior from employees after we told the hotel about the theft.most employees in the hotel are non original french .

Quiet and convenient location, nice facilities.

This hotel is nothing fancy, but has everything well facilitated. It is at a quite location, but near supermarkets and restaurants. It is also walking distance to Seine river, not far from Eiffel tower. The room is spacious from Paris point of view.

The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The area is very safe and easily reachable. It wasn't too far from the main attractions and places of my interest.

I will never ever go there again, even if this is the very only and last hotel around

It is just a 5 Minutes Walk to see the Eifel Tower, you are still far away but the View you get at the bridge is amazing espicial at nights.

They have send me a form to fill out where they ask for your arrival time. I put 1PM. At arrival they tell me they did not know when I will arrive and check in starts at 3PM. Back at 3:20 they tell the room is still not ready since they did not know when I arrive, I was there two hours before and they forgot... Also I booked some extra as a surprise for my wife which was a FULL bottle of champain. What we got was a 0.5l bottle so it was a small one and also we got some macarons from the nearby supermarked which cost 1 Euro there... So the surprise was delived in the most bad way possible as well as it took me 20 minutes talk to the management to finally get they keys after they asked for the payment. So you dont get into your room even after you did already pay. It is kind of the worst experience I ever had a hotel.

Handy for Roland Garros.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The cleaners do a great job cleaning every day. The breakfast is very good. The location is a bit out on a limb, but there is plenty of public transport. The 2 lifts are quick and modern. The hotel is very quiet. There is no fridge. The shower has no door and water goes all over the floor.

Friendly and helpful

On arrival the extra I had paid for champagne macrons and petals in the room had not been done ( wife's birthday)but I told the receptionist and after we went out to eat and on our arrival back at the hotel everything was perfect in the room and overall the staff were friendly and helpful excellent service

the Wi-Fi didn’t work in my room, it can sound like I’m winning but today Wi-Fi it a necessity and not a “nice to have” thing.
