We didn’t end up staying as the picture of room they had on Booking.com was not the room we booked apparently 3 rooms in this category you have to request the room that fits two people on the balcony sitting looking at the Arc! We left and they charge us for the first night no management available to discuss the situation or offered any other alternative we could have had a cheaper room, we have complained we booked with booking.com but it’s the accommodation that can only give the refund!

Air conditioning not working, it’s 40c in the room. It’s impossible to sleep, in our requests they said only sorry. If you will open a window you will hear all the street noice from morning. This quality of hotels can keep 5*, it’s max 3-4, but never 5, they was asking on the check to keep deposit EUR 200- as room damage guarantee :) Service and quality lower them Ibis Budget.

I left the hotel in the middle of the night because all the hallways and the rooms smelled like cigarettes. the staff lies so they won't give you refund also will just try to scam you. dont book this hotel its not worth the money may be for 100$ not for 300$.

Exceptional, Memorable and Comfortable

A good hotel should feel like home away from home, and this is what it felt like thanks to the wonderful staff. This hotel is so well located. However, it is the staff that made it even more special. We had the most wonderful stay thanks to Jana, Henri at the reception, Fatu and Tracy at breakfast, Housekeeping staff Mary. The breakfast was quintessentially French - a small but very filling spread. I loved that it wasn’t the commercial, low quality buffet of food that is wasteful and honestly not appetising. Security deposit was literally refunded in less than 48 hours. They gave us an early check in on request. You can’t go wrong with your stay here. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel!

Amazing

Amazing location and the nicest staff! We were a few hours too early for check-in and they let us up to our room anyways. It was my wife’s birthday and they had decorated the room with flowers and balloons for her which was so nice. Very helpful, kind people. Clean room. Breakfast included, very good food also! 10/10, will definitely be staying here again on my next Paris visit.

The location of the hotel was good for me, and the staff were helpful and pleasant

The room needs to be upgraded. Refurbished. In fact the hotel needs a physical upgrading. Too much noise - movement and knocking of equipment-when housekeepers are in the corridors. I didn’t eat at the hotel.

Room floor was grubby. I had to ask for it to be cleaned but it didn’t make much difference, so I think it needs repolishing. Bathroom needs to be upgraded and sinks changed. Nobody wants to use a sink that shows extreme wear and tear from unknown users. Generally the hotel needs to invest in an upgrade to justify the rates they charge.

Central, comfortable.

Location, location. There was a mix up on our room, after much effort they did find one suitable, although we had to sacrifice our lovely view! The manager sorted it all to our satisfaction. The staff were friendly and helpful and we loved to gréât location. Photo is view from room 702 !

This hotel is a 3 star hotel. Pay a little more for an actual 5 star hotel.

Apart from the most friendly staff you will ever meet; and nice location: this hotel does not add up. They declined my room service requests on two separate occasions because they were “short staffed” the quality of the hotel is not 5 star. Even the rooms are dirty, scratched and generally not well maintained. Mould everywhere. Dirty mirrors 1750’s furniture (and not in an aesthetic way). Bath and sinks are stained. Bathroom floor is stained etc. Aircon’s / heating don’t work 100%. The bar has 3 drink options. If it wasn’t for the great staff; I would have left after my first night, cut my losses and paid for a waaaay better 3 or 4 star hotel. Please don’t book here.

I didn’t like anything except for the friendly staff and the geographical location.

Great location only a block away from the Arch of Triumph, still nice and quiet street once you turn around the block. not so much traffic,parking garage option with Valet, easy breeze if you have rental car and kids to haul. staff AND CONCIERGE were extremely attentive and willing to met our needs and got us a last minute reservations to a few fine dinings.
