Quiet Luxury the Parisian Way

The team is professional and cater to your needs. The location is unbeatable. The hotel is new and well designed with a beautiful terrace that feels homey and cozy. The security is great. Entrance to the hotel is only by key. Clean & comfortable hotel.

Two simple fixes would make it perfect: 1. Change the pillows they’re not comfortable 2. Close the internal door access to the Chinese restaurant( Michelin star restaurant) the smell of the food overwhelms in the hotel lobby. This is unfortunate because the hotel has a beautiful central display of perfumes and ingredients of perfume with is beautifully exhibited.

Terrible

Location

This is NOT a 5 star hotel. Starting with the staff from reception, they all seem to have an attitude and be rude for no reason, I was actually very negatively impressed by their behaviour. Secondly, after waiting for 2 hours, my room was still not ready at 3pm. Lastly, the breakfast - honestly it’s terrible - in this what they call restaurant there’s only about 5 tables, coffee machine is always broken, and the food variety is not there - I chose to have breakfast somewhere else instead because of how bad theirs was. For what they charge and supposedly being a 5 star hotel they should start at least reviewing who they hire for reception and improve the breakfast! After seeing all the bad reviews here I get why. I don’t understand why they do not take action and try to improve things - it’s such a shame as the hotel has a very good location!

Spacious Rooms and Showers

Climatization in the rooms was not effective. Lobby is so small and doesn't exist actually for an afternoon chill. Cooking smell of the restaurant downstairs at night is filling the rooms with bad smell. High price rate is not justified.

Magnificent (magnifique) Everything was perfect. The location was in the optimal location. The hotel design was impressive, the whole property was incredibly clean, the rooms were beautiful and the bathroom has the wow factor! The staff were amazing, greeted us every single time, the door attendants were prompt and everyone spoke clear/very fluent English and were very supported when I tried to speak French for the first time. We stayed here for Bastille Day, it was unexpectedly quiet from our hotel room, we were expecting the day to be very loud. We got to see and hear some of the defence force planes overhead very early morning, then we literally walked 50m down the road and we had the prime location for the parade, it was spectacular. We walked everywhere from this hotel, it’s a fantastic location. 100% recommend and definitely worth the price. We loved La Clef Champs-Élysées.

It is unbelivable they gave me a room that The shower drain doesn't work and no one bothers to come and fix it, the bathroom has turned into a swimming pool

A stylish and comfortable stay in the heart of Paris—would definitely return!

The property was beautifully designed with elegant interiors and a peaceful atmosphere. The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the Champs-Élysées and close to cafés, shops, and metro stations. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

Wonderful but could be perfect

Location is superb. Room is spacious and clean. Security/ door man always with a smile.

Heater broke last 2 nights of stay and they didnt manage to fix it. And housekeeping knocks and opens the door at odd timing like 7-8pm. Didnt appreciate it.

the location was great it’s central to all the lovely restaurants and shops

the staff was very racist! one guy swindled my husband of €200 after he was asked to help source flowers on Valentine’s Day he brought 1 rose stem and 3 macaroons only with no apology. a shopping bag with cosmetics went missing too
