Everything was a 10/10 and we cannot wait to return!

The staff was amazing, lobby, restaurant, and room were all gorgeous and the location is incredible. Upon checking in the staff accommodated an early check-in and really made us feel special for our anniversary with a room upgrade and complementary glass of champagne at the bar. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and the breakfast being brought to our room at a specific time every morning was a game changer. We also were travelling with our 8 month old baby and they were very accommodating with a crib and unexpected room cleanings when our little one made some messes. Really impressed with this as, not every hotel is welcoming and friendly to babies and children.

Didn't meet my expectations

The location of the hotel

The room is too small, and there is no proper space to store my belongings. There is no dressing cabinet, and the bathroom is separated from the area with the washer and the rest of the facilities. I requested an upgrade or a room change, but the staff did not accommodate my request. This room suits 1 person only.

The worst customer experience and employees

The treatment of the staff. It is my worst experience so far in all the hotels I travelled to around the world. I was leaving for breakfast and requested an extra hour so I can come back after and pack my bags but their refused in a bad way of communication and I had to go back to the room to pack my bags etc which delayed me and I missed the time for breakfast. What is more annoying is that when I explained to the manager what happened with me, she was just listening and didn't even feel how bad this was for me.

Wanted to eat something in the lobby, since its a boutique and small hotel they do not serve food there, reception advised me to call the roomservice to order food in my room which takes around 45-60 mins.

The location is great if your looking to stay around the champs elysee

The location is superb! The hotel makes you feel in the 80’s, its style is amazing and nostalgic. Classical modern. The beds weren’t bad but not the best. There is tourist fee added upon checkout per guest almost 12 euro. Hotel has working AC, toilet is spacious however the shower water pressure isnt strong.

المرافق ممتازة والموقع ممتاز عند الشانز في حي هادىء الفندق نظيف جداً و راقي وخدمة الاستقبال كانت ممتازه الإفطار جيد جداً و متنوع ويكون الطلب من خلال قائمة وليس البوفيه خدمة السبا كانت رائعة

وجود مصعد واحد فقط ياخذ وقت بعض الاحيان عشان النزيل يوصل إلى غرفته خدمة الافطار بطيئة بسبب قلة الموظفين للخدمة في مطعم الإفطار

Très agréable mais un peu cher.

J'ai beaucoup aimé le calme, le confort, la chambre supérieure est très agréable et silencieuse. Le restaurant est très agréable pour prendre le petit déjeuner. La décoration est soignée. Le personnel extrêmement agréable et fluent en anglais. L'espace détente (piscine, ...) est très appréciable.

L'entrée est cependant très bruyante entre le restaurant , l'accueil et le bar qui sont très proches. Pour le petit déjeuner, je m'attendais à des viennoiseries de qualité ce qui n'était pas le cas. Le soin au spa était décevant. Il ne correspondait pas au descriptif.

Kahvaltı çok zayıftı ondan memnun kalmadık ailece 4 kişiyidik. Otelde 2 tane aynı tip oda tutmustum benim odamı junior süit yapmışlar çok iyi karşılandık . Odamın upgrade olması süprizi çok hoşumuza gitti.

Parfait et touchant par les mots et la présence de tout le personnel

Je réserve régulièrement des 5 étoiles et cet établissement est mon préféré. Le respect, une présence totale, la disponibilité et un savoir-être exceptionnel de tout le personnel et notamment du chef de réception, Mr TEMMERMAN. Ces personnes m’ont marquées ! Chambres belles et très confortables avec une décoration bien agréable ! A tester !

ich habe leider von booking.com immer noch keine RECHNUNG für meinen aufenthalt 26.-28.09. erhalten.... leider nur für die verlängerungsnacht 28.-29.09., worüber mir das hotel die RECHNUNG direkt gegeben hat. bitte schicken sie mir die RECHNUNG dringend per email
