A comfortable hotel with friendly staff.

The room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The decor was lovely. The hotel is a bit removed from the city center but still accessible by walking, metro or bus. The neighborhood was interesting.

The breakfast service needs improvement and is not good value. Notably, the coffee was weak and the size of the pastries and bread was minimal given the cost of 16 euro. The room temperature was a little cold during the day.

All that I was expecting, and more.

The location is fabulous -- within minutes from Place de Clichy with lots of restaurants and bars around it. And I like the style of the hotel: very classical, and with a high level restaurant integrated in the ground floor.

The room that I had was quite small, and there was no chair. During breakfast I found the service a bit slow.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a perfect location

Beautiful boutique hotel in a perfect location. Staff were wonderful. So helpful. They went over and above to make our wedding anniversary special. We really appreciated this and the early/late checkout. Upgraded to a spacious room with comfortable bed and large bathroom. Great shower. We will definitely be back for our next stay in Paris!

Only thing to comment was the heating / air conditioning unit was quite noisy and woke us up. There is also limited space to have a drink in the winter as the main seating is outside.

It was absolutely divine in every aspect and I loved the area I will be recommending to all and will definitely return

I loved the attention to detail, the cleanliness, the bed was amazing so comfortable, the sheets were exquisite , the coffee machine , the heated floor in the bathroom and the staff were very attentive There was even a Dyson hairdryer!

A beautiful and comfortable stay.

The decor was beautiful. Dinner was excellent and well priced. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower and bath were great.

No bar. No bubble bath for bath. Breakfast wasn’t great. No service on a Sunday evening.

This wants to be a classy hotel without the class.

Despite the do not disturb sign on our door, the staff still came in and cleaned the room and also rummaged through our things. There was a party the second night that was so loud that we couldn’t sleep even with nose canceling headphones. When we complained about it, they said the noise would stop by midnight. The breakfast was not that great either.

The hotel is absolutely stunning and one of a kind. Definitely an incredible hidden gem in Paris.

I didn’t like that I had to leave 😂 I wish I could have stayed for longer and I will 100% be back!

Beautiful for a weekend stay

Breakfast was good, also nearby there is a nice boulangerie, very comfortable bed. Plus we were able to store our luggages, for a last quick run in the city. The hotel is designed beautifully, and rooms are bigger than average rooms in Paris. We had a quiet terrace and large bathroom.

You have to give a 100 euro deposit for each night you stay and we didn't receive the checkout information with return of the money right away. I had to write them an email, which is not a tragedy, this can easily be forgot. The thing that bothered me particularly, was the attitude of the woman who checked us in, my parents are very old and they don't speak English or French and I had to talk to them to explain what I was paying, to ensure them that everything is fine...I felt they were really looked down, because this is rather a fancy hotel and they are not fancy. My view on working with clients, it is that you should always be kind, otherwise she was very polite. I would come back here alone.

Lovely hotel in the heart of shops, bars. Easy walk to Moulin Rouge and 20 mins to Montmartre area.

Very nice decor, friendly staff, triple glazing so no street noise. Good location 5 to 10 minute walk from Place de Clichy Metro (note, it's a bit confusing when you leave the Metro station as to which road to take as there's a busy cross roads so suggest looking the route up in advance).

Stylish and lively stay in Paris

The hotel was stylish and full of life, especially in the evenings. The staff were pleasant, the waiters were especially friendly. The food from the restaurant is impeccable. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of great shops and restaurants.

Fab location, wonderful rooms but F&B service too slow

The bed was super comfortable and the room was lovely. Location fantastic

The F&B service was average. At dinner I had to ask to order a drink. I ordered some mineral water that never arrived. At breakfast after waiting at least 15 mins I had to ask for the menu and to order coffee ( it was not busy). I ordered boiled eggs which took along time to come and once again there were only 4 other tables.

This is a charming boutique hotel in a good location that was not extremely expensive.

The staff and whole ambience of the hotel conveyed quietude, charm, and hospitality. The receptionist, Ilam, and the concierge, Mégane, were especially attentive and helpful.

There is a bar next door that on a Saturday night was loud until about 12:30.

A relaxing oasis in busy Paris!

Eldorado is a beautifully decorated and plush hotel. I found the staff to be professional, courteous and helpful. The rooms are a good size and pristine in cleanliness and attention to detail. It’s rare a concierge shows you your room these days! A garden area adds to the facilities at the hotel. Considering the price, Eldorado is well worth the price.

Perfect stay

Beautiful decor, amazing service from all of the staff and great location. We can't commend the staff enough at this beautiful hotel. They went above and beyond to make all guests feel welcome. We were travelling for a special occasion and were upgraded and welcomed by a special message and small treat in our room. We didn't eat at the hotel, but the cocktails were delicious. We had a garden terrace suite and overlooked the restaurant garden and courtyard, which was lovely. The beds are soooo comfortable, and the bathroom is beautiful with twin sinks. We also had blackout blinds for a great nights sleep. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the metro station with connections to the city. The area is great with lots of little patisseries, restaurants and cafes, or a drink in the evening. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in.

The Hotel is a dream. Exactly as advertised and photographed on their website. The decor is beautiful, exceptional attention to detail. The walls are heavy linen with the pattern matching in every corner. Even the chamber maid's trolly matches the carpet and walls. Of course the use of fabric made the hotel very quiet such a bonus in a time of hard surfaces everywhere you go. Our room had a private terrace shielded by trees and plants but just overlooking the garden restaurant. Our bed was very comfortable, the luxury bathroom with everything you need. The restaurant service and food was just as one would expect. We ate twice in our 4 night stay and each meal was delicious and the service excellent and friendly. The hotel is set on a street full of lovely little bars and restaurants if you fancy a change from the hotel it is also located close to Place de Clichy Metro so it was easy to move around the city.

A little kettle and some tea and milk would have been perfect in our room.

It was a welcoming, and wonderful stay!

I loved the attention to detail that the hotel gave to every aspect of our stay. From the greeting upon arrival, to the welcoming chocolate in our room. The decor is also superb!

The hotel's signature fragrance was too strong. I have a sensitivity to perfumes, so being in the lobby and restaurant was a bit overwhelming for me due to the strong scent. I would suggest making it more subtle.

Impeccable

What a beautiful hotel! Everything was immaculate and like new.. friendly staff who go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Lovely amenities and little touches like a universal adaptor in rooms (when inevitably forgot ours!). Comfortable beds, and lovely shower with good water pressure. Everything worked and was designed beautifully. Very plush.

Nothing, we loved it! Decided to sleep with the window open as it was a warm night, and the town is noisy.. but that was our choice, and with the windows shut, you don't hear a peep.
