Hôtel Balzac Paris & Spa Ikoï

The location of the property and the hotel’s design are superb. The staff were also very good.

I booked two rooms, and one of them had two issues. First, the air conditioning was not working properly, and second, the water in the shower did not drain properly.

Quaint hotel with very attentive staff. Great location. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Loved that they had filtered water refilled everyday. Looking forward to staying here again on my next trip to Paris.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like.

The hotel is really nice as a boutique hotel, looks fresh and well renovated. The material used is great such as walls , bathrooms , floorings. The front desk and stuff in the ground is all well mannered and very presentable to guests BUT

The house keeping is very weak, and the cleaning isn’t up to standard . I could have told them but since all day we are out just come to refresh , I never seen refreshing towels, refreshing water has never been filled or provided unless I request. Or even remove and dirt from room, papers leftover. And the turndown service has been done very poorly. I would take this hotel very nice with all aspects and the only downside side is the house keeping and if requested something it could be very cold and slow.
