Great hotel, close to the Arc de Triumph and several metro lines or a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. Room had two balconies with a third in the bathroom. TV and coffee machine were great and bedding and towels changed every day. Very quiet location.

Central location

No bar facilities restaurant or room service , only breakfast was available other than that nothing else. Some recommendations would have been welcome and helpful . A concierge desk would be helpful.

The room was lovely. We had two balconies in our bedroom and one in our bathroom. It was very charming and comfortable. the lift was nice for out luggage and after a long day of walking. location was nice

we couldn’t quite figure out when the evening bar hours were. We were told one thing when we checked in and every night when we would come home, we somehow mysteriously would miss the bar. It was always closed. We were told it was 7 PM to 11 PM and then one night we came home at 9 PM and we were told that the bar closed at nine and then another night we were told a different time because we came home and it was still again not open. and then of course, our last night there when we didn’t want to stay there and go to the bar it was open very late.

The location, the bed was ok

The room was disgusting, dark, small and clearly incredibly cheaply built with no maintenance or upgrade in 15-20 years. Holes in the wall, dirt and grim, dark dirty old blinds and carpets, hideous decor, dated/old bathroom, poor lighting (burnt my hand on the outside of the bed light) and the wifi was TERRIBLE.

There is no system of house keeping. You have to ask them repeatedly to send house keeping to clean the room and even then the house keeping will do half the job. Our bed was dirty at check in

AirPods clearly stolen from our room — we tracked the last location, staff did nothing

Location

During our stay, we left our baggage and jackets with the front desk for safekeeping (we came earlier). One of the jackets — my husband’s — had his Apple AirPods in the pocket. When we asked for the jackets later that evening, we were told they couldn’t be found. The next morning, when we had to leave for the airport, we still had to wait for the jackets, and only received them at the very last moment. We were delayed because of this. After we left, we realized the AirPods were missing from the jacket pocket. We tracked them through the Find My iPhone app, and the last known connection was exactly at the hotel, on the very day and at the time we handed over our jackets for safekeeping. That was the last time they were online, meaning they were stolen from the hotel. We reported this to the staff, but no one took responsibility or made any effort to investigate. Only useless emails! Extremely disappointing experience! I don’t care what you write here trying to defend yourselves. It will be useless anyway!! Not trustworthy — we would never stay here again. It’s not the only theft in this hotel, read another reviews. What about the rooms: dark and not cozy at all. Yes, it’s beautiful view from the balcony, but there are hundreds hotels and apartments in Paris with views like that. Nothing special!

Nice hotel in the heart of Paris for a quick weekend away.

Location was excellent and close to Metro and other transport links. The staff tried hard to locate an iron for us so we could make sure our clothes were good and nice.

City tax has really increased in Paris and this was a surprise. Nothing the hotel can do but still!

From a wheelchair user point of view, not the best access etc but it was clean and comfortable

Didn’t have breakfast as steps up to restaurant and I’m in a wheelchair. Staff were pleasant. Very beautiful place but small. Roll in power shower was lovely but the seat is tight into a corner under the taps which wasn’t the correct place but we managed.

There is a small step at the entrance which a manual wheelchair would handle but my electric wheelchair had difficulty getting over and I got catapulted each time.They need a ramp there. We had no kettle in our room but they managed to source one. They don’t have a restaurant there or a bar which I’m sure was advertised so we had to stay out all day and literally went back to sleep and shower. Although they had 1 accessible room it was small. I couldn’t get around the bed to the wardrobe so wouldn’t have managed alone. I don’t feel it should be advertised as an accessible hotel to be honest.

Breakfast was exceptionally mediocre. We ate outside at a cafe for our second breakfast. No flavor, fruit that tastes rotten, coffee was weak and flavorless, disappointed.
