The hotel left a very pleasant impression, cozy, spotless, and tastefully decorated in an alpine style. The room features a comfortable bed, high-quality fixtures, and a “rain shower.” Breakfast was simply delightful: fresh bread with butter, flavorful cheeses, prosciutto, and excellent coffee with Cremo Lattesso cream. Everything is served with care and attention to detail. The restaurant’s wooden interior creates a warm Swiss chalet atmosphere, perfect for enjoying morning coffee while watching Bern wake up. The staff is polite and discreet, and everything runs smoothly. The location is convenient, a quiet area just a short distance from the city center.
On the day of arrival, it was quite noisy in the restaurant downstairs, and a strong smell of cigarette smoke came into our room because the windows were open. In general, whenever you open the windows for fresh air, the smell of cigarettes comes in instead, as there are always people smoking near the entrance.

The haus is very nice, alpine wooden style, chic and modern. The room was comfortable and nice with a beautifully renovated bathroom. The staff were very friendly and polite
There are live music parties once every week so either the people can join them and have fun 😊 or they need to anticipate to sleep around midnight. The breakfast was of great quality with a superb coffee but small variety (we understand though because we were the only family having breakfast and more variety was probably unnecessry)
