The hotel is very conveniently located near Bern Central Station, with easy access to coffee shops, convenience stores, pharmacies, and shopping areas. It’s also just a few blocks away from the iconic Clock Tower and Bern’s Old Town. Upon check-in, the staff warmly welcomed us and assisted us efficiently, making the arrival process smooth and pleasant.

The family room was a deception, one single space with the sink and shower in the same area of the beds.
No particular amenities for kids and no crib.
The common area is very nice and the building is amazing but for the price it is definitely not what is expected
