Lovely area to stay in Bern. Easy access to the train station and old town.

The check in experience was good . The location is quite convenient. At time of checking out we are confused if if was prepaid and if the breakfast was part of it. It was not a big deal since we traveled to several cities and booked quite early. The staff a mid age lady had stone face in dialogue and in all process not a smile . She should be scheduled to a customer service workshop to know how to smile and convey her message.

The location of the hotel is really good for a tourist.
The room was nice overall, but with no view (which we did not mind), but great for a family of up to 4.
