The hotel has a great location, especially because they offered during their stay free public transportation that makes you a very easy to travel throughout the city. The hotel is very nice. The receptionist there is a very nice reception area and the lady at the reception was very professional very nice. Instructions were given about the main places of the city. Very highly recommend this place. They do not have a parking however underneath the hotel there is public parking. That is quite expensive but convenient. Overall, the location is exceptional. There is a lot of restaurant and shopping around in the city is absolutely fantastic. I truly recommend this place. We had a great time.

Very neat place, staff is very friendly and helpful for any questions. The breakfast was fantastic with multiple options for any dietary restriction you may have. Various types of milk, sweet and savory, healthy options too.

Staff helped us to get free Bern ride tickets from the app. They also opened the restaurant an hour earlier to enable us to have breakfast before catching the train.

The a/c in the room didn’t work as expected, we had to manage with additional ventilators. Food was okay. Great location, very close to Bern main station
