I did enjoy staying at lorento Residence however it would have even be better if my room window wasnt facing a construction sight which i couldn't enjoy the freedom of opening my window to enjoy the day light without work men staring back at me. ( room 511) other than that, its ok. Close to Aldi and bus stop. Only 10 to 15 mins ride to Bern town centre and train station to go to other cities. Staff are friendly and all speaking English which makes communication easier. I will visit the Residence again and will recommend it. I hope they will consider air conditioning in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Los Lorentos Bern. Since the hotel is newly rennovated, everything feels fresh, modern, and beautifully furnished. The rooms and bathrooms are particularly nice, with the bathrooms being new, stylish, and very modern. The self check-in process was extremely smooth and convenient, and having parking available was a big plus for us. The hotel is also conveniently located close to Bern city centre, with a supermarket nearby, which made everything very easy. One of the highlights was the terrace on the uppermost floor, offering a really lovely view. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, a very comfortable, modern, and convenient stay. We would definitely recommend Los Lorentos Bern and would happily stay here again!

As a customer, check in the hotel needed to be done by a machine and literally have to do it my self : add booking number , create a room key , email etc, no actual receptionist . Paying almost 200 cad dollars for this self service check in is not worth it. However there is a washing machine and dryer to use cost 5 dollars which is a bonus if u travel and need clean clothes but there is no detergent .
