Staffs are very helpful and nice. Location is near by the train station so it is really convenient.

Check in on line was bit hard to do. Since we arrived at night, no staff was there to help us. But after that, everything was very nice and especially Silvana helped us to get the guest pass to enjoy the city. The common area is well designed and coffee machine is there to get some coffee for the guests. Clean and comfortable.

The great room and our room was comfy

Not having a live person to immediately interact with for dropping off luggage. We waited over 10 minutes for someone help us on locking up luggage and then about 40 minutes when we needed to get it out. Folks on community phone didn’t speak English so it was frustrating and we had to ask another guest if they speak English could call them since we weren’t getting any call backs with someone who could speak English

Love modern technology for self check in and mobile keys, room is cute, sound proof and has everything you need. Paid garage is under the building. Close to the Wankdorf shopping centre.

The location was ideally located next to public transportation into the city in less than 5 minutes or to the main train station to go elsewhere. The Co-op shop located in the same building had a good selection of items to take to the kitchenette or for snacking and was incredibly convenient (not open on Sundays though!). It was easy to park our car too. As for the room, the kitchenette had everything we needed to get started - cups, glasses, dishes, fridge, dishwasher, microwave. The bed was comfortable and the shower was large with good water pressure. The small crossbow game was a fun touch and made us laugh. We especially liked the common areas on the top floor and wished we discovered them earlier in our trip. On our last night it was a brilliant place for our group to gather and play cards and chat. It was nicely decorated for the holidays making us feel more like we were in a living room together than a "lobby" feel.

The only real suggesstion we have is that the rooms really need 2 chairs so that 2 people can eat at the table if they use the kitchen. Otherwise someone has to sit on the bed to eat.
