Costs vs offering is not balanced

Room configuration, clean status, position close to the office and Wankdorf station, the staff in general is supportive and kind.

The reception is at open bar desk, dinner offering is at fast food low level, this hotel doesn't reflect the offering in Booking as well as the price required to stay in an area plenty of important companies. Money transition is perfomed in advance the journey (2 days before the journey start despite also my Genius 3 conditions not common... where are my special conditions?) and in addition at the check-in even before the greetings and document presentation an additional caution of 60 CHF is requested which is not fast reimbursed (occurs 2 days after check-out) causing extra effort to check your credit card payments flow. Wi-Fi worked fine in my room 1 evening only of 2 causing me to use my phone hotspot instead. Definitely cost/quality ratio for me is not well balanced and unfortunately depicts a bad experience in this Moxy.

The staff was amazing....The breakfast could have been better for the price, otherwise fine. The location was perfect, right next to the train station..

nowhere to put anything. If you at least had some shelves to put things. We were there for a month and had to live out of our suitcases. We understand most people only stay a few days....but what about the rest of us. The rooms were otherwise fine, just lack of space to unpack. The staff was wonderful

A beautiful and affordable stay in Berne!

The place is very pleasant, modern and well kept with a fantastic staff. The rooms are beautiful, extremely spacious, well designed and pristine. The included breakfast was fantastic.

Just a little thing: as I said, the rooms are fantastically spacious, there would have been ample room for a closet, which however was not there, just a metal grid on the wall with some hooks and clothes hangers. Minor point for us but there.

Sink was clogged, needs more maintenance when cleaning the pipes. We tried to unclog by ourselves and there was a lot of undesirable things coming out of the drains.......

Great place for a city trip to Bern, perfect to reach via Train, right next to Wankdorf station

It was more difficult to reach by car, but ok. Parking was available for a fee

30 Francs a night deposit, this was not visible at any stage during booking, this resulted in me paying 120 francs which I am told won’t be refunded until 3-7 days.

Modern and clean, next to the station.

Convenient location, modern room and hotel, free welcome drink and public transport pass.

Bed with duvet in summer time so you had to turn AC on to sleep since you can't open windows. The view from the window was on construction works.

The hotel building looks nice, modern, and relatively new. The location is also very accessible. There is a train station next to the hotel, so you can easily reach the main station (Hauptbahnhof) and the key sights in the city

Fun stay in a modern hotel

It was very quirky, modern and clean. Whilst the location was out of town? The trains were very reliable.

Being away from the main city meant that we didn’t have much of a choice of places to eat dinner. The bath towels were a little small.

Good hotel but lacks necessary facilities

Good location: close to bus, tram and trains. The room was clean and modern, with fast WiFi and soundproof.

The room didn’t have any phone so calling reception was impossible without a prepaid card. The mattress was too harsh, not for everyone. Could not sleep well as it was too harsh.

The ambience the cleanliness. You can also warm up food downstairs in the microwave and there was a kettle down too. Smart TV available in the room .. hair dryer as well

Pleasant stay in Moxy Bern

We went to the concert nearby, so the hotel was in the perfect location. Staff also was very friendly. The room itself was also good!

Nice and quiet

The concept. They let you bring food from outside and use their restaurant. They give you the possibility to use the microwave, use the plates, and everything you need. Also, they have a couple of society games. Room was spacious, and nice bathroom. The hotel is a bit far away from historic Center, but you have the possibility to take the bus/tram or train. They ar at 5 minute distance. It was nice that they give us public transport for free with an app. The staff was nice.

Breakfast was a bit poor and the refills a bit slow. No fridge in room, but you can use the fridge from the restaurant.

Location is perfect as I have to work at Swisscom premises that is 15 walk distance or 5 min wit a bus. WIFI works as expected that is important for my work. Rooms are clean , and staff super friendly and always ready to help.

Lovely breakfast, clean rooms and all you need. If I was to recommend anything I would say a fridge in the room would be handy but all in all it was a lovely place with friendly and helpful staff. They gave us a welcome drink and you could get an access pass for public transport transport within Bern which is very handy. Definitely would recommend

Its right by the S Bahn, but a little out of the way of town. The windows really blocked out the train station noises quite well!

Overall, an amazing stay in a beautiful city!!

Very convenient location, all the amenities available you could want as a guest, next door there is a grocery store which is great for grabbing some food. Great breakfast spread as well!

The bed was very firm which was rather uncomfortable, especially when paired with a very small/thin pillow.

Location and Room Facilities - Not that Great !!

Cleanliness and the common area.

Location is a bit off the main city so you might think at first that it's not very safe. All the staff were fine except one who was from the Asian subcontinent as I don't remember her name. She did not even try to help out for one request that I had made. Although booking.com captured and forwarded my request timely but she did not co-operate at all. Eventually I had to make changes at my end and plan accordingly because the very next day a new staff member told me that my request is now too late and can't be done without penalty....which could have been done the last evening. Also, there are no basic facilities like electric kettle or coffee maker in the room so you have to come down everytime you need something. All said and done, I moved ahead because I wanted to enjoy my holiday.

Good hotel though it's surroundings do not lend it to be a tourist hotel.

The bedroom was very quiet ,with good Air con, the bed comfortable, shower excellent with good water pressure, large TV with YouTube, very good buffet breakfast with hot food ( sausages/bacon/eggs/pancakes/waffles ), friendly helpful staff. Good transport links with train and bus station opposite. Easy walking distance to Wankdorf stadium.

No fridge or kettle, no storage for clothes, only a couple of hangers on a wire grid .The hotel is situated in a square with office blocks around it and on one side the train station and the other has a motorway nearby. Not really a tourist hotel though good for a short business stay or for attending an event nearby.
