Good location, worth the money.

Close to city centre, free coffe downstairs and nice views from the rooftop. Big room

Room! I see it's modern, with nice & comfortable mattress. Everything was really clean. Localisation +, connected with Coop Supermarket is a next+, great rooftop with nice view+! Personel offcourse also +. Great coffe for free:)

Everything was really great! (So please do not read that as something negative!) I was really happy to stay there from Mo-Fr. Just a small advice or tip, that personel at the reception after my question "what I should know about 'things for guest usage' hotel could inform that if I'm suprised that there is no some small fridge or water boiler instead that it's just by the reception or restaurant area. Maybe easier option is just to print some bulletin what you can expect, what is where, etc... Also IDK what happened but I was trying to call reception to extend my accomodation but for more than 2 hours nobody pick it up... But it's just my small advices. I just booked new accommodation by booking.com. Once again, it's not bad opinion, just some small advice what can be better and easier for future guests that coming first time:) My co-worker also admit that I booked a cool place to stay. Big shop is just there. 1 minute

Great stay in Bern

The staff go out of their way to be helpful. Great hospitality. Room was great...comfortable. Self-check in was easy. Location is excellent- near old town, bear park, rose garden. Public transport in front and supermarket next door. Tea and coffee 24/7 free.

Breakfast could be better but that's because I can't eat most of the stuff put out. No restaurant.

Great location, next to Rosengarten, short walk into Bern was lovely with beautiful views of city, staff were superb, very accommodating

Not a fault of Radisson but the air conditioning was a bit weak due to local laws, however reception arranged for an excellent fan to be sent to room which did the job perfectly.

Never staying at a Prize Radisson again.

Close to bus stop and rooftop patio had nice view.

The air conditioning doesn’t work well, temp set at 20c and room is 24.7. Air conditioner turns off during day and middle of night. So hot and humid in room also because vent fan in bathroom doesn’t work. Staff answer is it is an eco system and you are lucky it is on because people living here and in old town don’t have air conditioning. I specifically chose and paid a hotel with air.

We appreciated how friendly and nice the staff was as well as the location of the hotel was very ideal for travelling and walking to local restaurants/entertainment.

Lacked amenities, ac did not work, didn’t smell greet and didn’t feel clean and mould in the shower. Did not enjoy going back here after a long day in Europe.

Comfortable stay in chain hotel. No real warmth but perfectly adequate for our needs.

A beautiful break in Bern

Good location right by the Rosengarten. We definitely got a good workout walking up and down the hill into old town! Comfortable beds, quiet rooms and a good rooftop bar that overlooks the city. Also a good supermarket next door where we went to grab essentials a couple of times.

This is a perfect hotel for a city break in Bern

I loved the decoration scheme of the hotel - modern and stylish, with great design features. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good (although I wouldn't have minded a couple of hot items in addition to the boiled eggs). The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean - this also applies to the public spaces (corridors, breakfast room, reception lounge). There are bus stops in both directions right outside the front door, buses are free with the Bern Welcome App, and the hotel is only 5 minutes; ride from the old town and 10 from the main railway station.

It was just a shame that the rooftop bar was closed all week, owing to staff shortages.

Excellent value for money

Everything was very well organised; the room was extremely clean and comfortable. Very convenient to have a large supermarket close by, and a bus stop opposite. And only a ca 10 min walk down to the old town

Well located, on a hill - you can see the old city, very beautiful. It's not very far to walk and quite convenient. The bed is a little hard.

A very unusual hotel. There is no access to the hotel by car, and if you park in the covered public parking nearby, you will not be able to enter the hotel from it without a key, so walk around the building. There is nothing in the room - I would like to have at least a kettle and glasses.

Convenient with a car

Clean room, basic modern hotel with underground parking available (for a fee) and a supermarket next to it. Not far from Bern city center, it’s a convenient choice if you have a car.

The black out curtain was partially torn, so we had an early wake-up with the morning light. The self check-in is easy but rather cold, with a long line of people waiting for the check-in time.

Great hotel with amazing roof top views

Room was a great size, plenty of space for 2 open suitcases. Hotel has a rooftop bar with amazing views over Bern and the Swiss alps. Tv also has Apple TV to stream

Paid for the AC room and the AC did not work at all. Staff never sorted it out and booking.com is helpless as well.

Comfy, quiet , coffee available in the morning without paying breakfast, welcome drinks on the 7th floor.

Ac not working properly, stops by itself and can't go under or over 20 to 23 celsius, hot in the room, can't open window as it's noisy (big street) Impatient receptionist, not welcoming at all, we spoke to 2 of them. No glasses in room, no fridge Curtain broken

No frills in a good location.

Clean hotel with comfortable bed. Staff were overstretched at reception. Highlight was the girl serving at the upstairs bar, very friendly, courteous and helpful. Good location to walk everywhere.

A cup or a glass in the room would be nice. Also the room was very warm, the aircon said it was set to 20° but the temperature was 26° , couldn't be adjusted in the room.
