    The staff was polite. Always greeted whenever we went out or entered, gave us fresh still and sparkling water whenever we asked, free of cost. The location is good, 7-9 minutes from train station, and there’s a coop at 0 meters. Now the main issue, they have mentioned air con in their room details and we booked the hotel only because of that but it doesn’t work, it will not work even if you keep complaining at the reception. We were told the bedsheets are to be changed every 3 days because the hotel is eco friendly but the sheets were never changed throughout our stay of 6 days. Breakfast was good with healthy options, and rooms were spacious. Staff 9/10 Cleanliness 6/10 Room Service 0/10 Housekeeping 0/10 Air Conditioning 0/10 (they claim it is controlled centrally but it does not work, ever) Location 9/10 Would I recommend it to anyone? No.

    The hotel was located just outside the old city. Very convenient bus right out front as well as a Coop market next door. Very friendly and helpful staff. A/C did not work hardly at all. Way too hot. Difficult to sleep. No amenities like in room coffee or mini fridge. I would not stay again with the same conditions.

    Hotel was alright, staff was super nice for the money I spent the stay felt like staying in a holiday inn… the ac also didn’t work very well. They limit the units to 70*f or 20*c but they never get that low or stay that low so we had to sleep with the window open which was noisy to say the least.
