Nice hotel uncomfortable bed

Breakfast was good and staff friendly Location was ideal.

The beds was extremely uncomfortable. Self check-in was not easy as in French and keyboard visible at first.

Very noisy. Impossible to sleep since you can hear everything (outside, people showering and chatting in other rooms). The cleaning staff hit our door with their trolley and woke us up very early in the morning. Uncomfortable beds.

Good hotel in Langasse for a short or long stay. Large rooms, well equipped and quiet. Breakfast is good with a view of a nice street.

Check-in was a bit long but manageable. The rooms lack a bit of charm.

It was a little warm in the room at night. But upon request, they immediately provided us with fans. The response was very quick and really appreciate the same.

This is a very nice hotel. Conveniently situated a little over 5 minutes walk from the railway station, in a quiet, pleasant neighbourhood just behind the university. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room, with a view over a quiet and pretty inner courtyard garden, was very spacious, with a desk, and a sitting area with two armchairs and a table. Good bathroom with a decent sized shower. Safe for valuables in the wardrobe, tea and coffee making facilities. Several nice touches you would not usually expect from a 3 star hotel, such as a big umbrella, a long shoe horn, and an exercise mat. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide selection of hot and cold options, fresh fruit etc. Last but not least the price was very reasonable (for Switzerland!), excellent value for money.

The room is big and cozy, very clean, the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is very good. The receptionist was very kind and attentive to us. The hotel is in a very good location and very close to the train station.

centrally located. the rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. the self check-in was easy and went seamless. we got our room decorated with Christmas ornaments. it was a very special touch and was appreciated by my child.

Alisha at the reception was so nice and welcoming. Rooms are not bad and is a quiet residential area. Nice property and good enough breakfast to get you through the day. Cleanliness is very good.

Need to have larger bed. It is smaller than a queen size bed for a double bed. Not much choice of restaurants around.

Very good standard hotel

The room was big and clean. The breakfast was standard and the staff were very friendly. Location is very convvenient and bus stop is just around the corner.

A bit of noise from the street in the middle of the night but not a big deal. It could have been because of Friday night.
