Good convenient hotel

Very comfortable 1 night stay. Close to the main station and the old town. We went to the Paul Klee Centre - worth the visit - and to the Gurtenbahn (funicular) - also worth the visit. There are some nice walks at the top of the funicular. Public transport is free with the Bern guest pass/app - the hotel can help you install the app. Good breakfast.

The TV was mounted very high - too high, on the wall.

Switzerland Adventure

Location of the hotel.. Less than 5 minutes walking to the intercity train station. Location of Bern. The city is in the midway between Zermatt and Basel. So, I used Bern as a base to explore throughout Switzerland and Alsace region of France by intercity train without any changing of the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in the area. within short walking distance. Room is not big but enough space to open 2 big suitcases at the same time. Room was clean and quite while I stayed. We had very good nights every nights

At your room there were a new bag & a new umbrella that you can use during your stay (if you need) the staff was lovely & kind. there were water sink to fill your water bottles during your stay (you don't need to buy water)

Staff asking me if its ok not to clean the room since Im only staying for 2 nights. Room looks clean but smells funky.

Good stay with perfect location

The location is perfect, 2 minutes from train station and 5 minutes from the centre of the city. The breakfast was good, they even have a lactose free milk for cereals. The bed was very comfy and the room was clean.

The only thing I didn't like, is that the cream for the coffee, that they did provide was with the expiration date. I had two creams and two of them with an expiration date. I would recommend you to check before using.

Clean hotel with Convenient location

The location was very convenient, walking distance to train station. The hotel as well as the room were clean. Breakfast was good with fresh baked goods, assortments of cheeses, and jams, amongst other things.

Rooms were on the small side, and our room was adjacent to the main road, which was noisy at night with the window open. Relating to hygiene, they only had a shampoo/body wash solution, and no hair conditioner.

Perfect location close to the main train station. It is so close to the Old City and all attractions if you want to explore by foot the area. There are good food options around the hotel. In addition breakfast was excellent and the staff very nice and helpful. This is fully recommended. **It has elevators, The hotel it is easy to find while on the street. it has a supermarket near by and the view from the room was great!

Location. The lady at the breakfast area was so nice, she always greet people with a smile, she even gave my toddler a crayon to make him busy.

Excellent location, close to the train station and close enough to the old town. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Rooms were comfortable and even had a pillow menu. An enjoyable stay!

highly recommend for 1-2 nights for people who prioritize clean, comfort, quiet, and location

very clean and exceptionally comfortable room. excellent for 1-2 nights. for a non luxury hotel, they go out of their way to make you comfortable. Staff at check in and check out, the staff were very clear and kind. Amenities: Loved the clean yoga mat in the room! Bed: Comfortable mattress that felt new with good pillows Ventilation: quiet air conditioning fans in the room and a window that opened enough to allow fresh air inside It was pouring rain the day I woke up and checked out. They still loaned me a nice umbrella for the day without hesitation or question. I REALLY appreciate that the breakfast aims to be sustainable with many local products, a solid effort to reduce food waste and climate impact.

The shower head could be cleaner - had some calcium buildup on it.

The room was nice but small. I was positively surprised over the provided Yoga mat, however, the room was too small to really use it. The location was great, easy to reach by foot from the nearby railway station and also the city center was easy to reach by foot.
