Nice apartment in the perfect location to visit Bern

Perfect location. Right downtown and next to the train station. Easy to reach and close to all main attractions and transportation means. Check in very easy and smooth, we particularly appreciated the possibility to store luggage both before check-in and after check-out. Hosts have been very friendly and helpful

A nice apartment in a great location. Had elevator access. Spacious for 6 people. The host had left basic amenities for us - like coffee and tea sachet etc. easy instruction and short walk from the train station. Close to nice restaurants and bars.

The lady who came at check out was very nice and understanding. We appreciate this a lot. The apartment is fully equipped and the bathroom is very stylish.

Finding the place at night was quite a challenge. Maybe receiving directions about getting into the alley and stating it is a residence and there isn't a reception or staff.

Our stay was great. Location was good. Bed was comfortable. We had 2 bedrooms for 2 people. Nice.

Location was great. There was no breakfast. We just bought a few things a made them in our well equipped kitchen. Staff was super friendly. It was a bit noisy a few of the nights but that is because we had the window ajar for fresh air.

We were happy with our stay.

There were quite wide beds. The room was very clean and warm. Its original guidebook was interesting and convenient.

The laundry machine and dryer were located at another building, demanded coins, and locked as soon as its timeout. There was no corkscrew.

Location was good

The property was so dirty. All the plates and cups had dirt and mold food inside. The freezer was cover with black color of freezed cola or something. Although the location was great all around was construction and from 7am they starts worked (something we should know before arrived)

the apartment is new, clean, modern and have all neccesary utilities in the kitchen if one needs a simple cook. the space is well laid out with lots of natural light in all rooms. great location (few mins away from Bern train station)

Loved this quaint and well appointed studio apartment, perfectly located for exploring Bern.

Great location, walking distance from the SBB. clever design, clean, highly functional. The hosts are great, we found a personalised book with the major Bern attractions and a walking tour mapped out on a city map for us to take on our tour. Coffee machine with capsules. The shower was excellent and looks a of space for toiletries storage.

Very clean and central location with very pleasant staff!

I was most impressed with the staff! They were available and super helpful with questions (even last-minute questions!) regarding parking, the Bern Welcome app/transport ticket, etc. I also enjoyed having from clear directions for locating the place, even though it is tucked behind some other businesses. I also appreciated the information book (once inside the apartment) with things to see, walking routes, etc. The location was also fantastic: close to grocery stores, close to the city's sights, close to public transport. The space in the apartment was great. Easy to stretch out, easy to sit down for a meal at home. It was also very quiet.

In addition to the coffee and tea provided for the guests, I suppose the only thing I might want would be either snacks or even breakfast foods. Especially for travellers from out of the country, they might appreciate not having to worry about those things for the first morning.

Fijn appartement op een mooie locatie

Alles was aanwezig, fijn dat er een kinderbedje bij geplaatst kon worden. Het bed lag heerlijk. Vriendelijke en snelle communicatie. De moeder van Kai heeft een mooie map gemaakt met bezienswaardigheden, daar hebben we een mooie wandelroute van kunnen maken!

De douche was zo lekker dat je er niet meer onder vandaan wilde komen

Posizione centrale, ottime le indicazioni per il self check in, l’appartamento é molto spazioso e ci si sta comodamente in due famiglie. Molto utili anche le indicazioni e i consigli turistici sul guestbook da consultare in appartamento. Molto gentili ad averci preparato anche il seggiolone per la nostra bimba.

Il phon dopo pochi secondi di utilizzo si surriscalda e non funziona piú, bisogna aspettare che si raffreddi per poterlo riutilizzare per breve tempo. Il lettino da campeggio per la bimba aveva una spondina rotta e sfondata e sul materasso non c’era un lenzuolo pulito ma solo un coprimaterasso sporco e macchiato. Ho provato a cercare se ci fosse un lenzuolo pulito in casa da poter mettere, ma non c’era.

Bien situé au centre de Berne, mais quelques points non satisfaisants !

L'emplacement très central, au coeur de la vieille, l'appartement est d'une taill décente, la machine à café très pratique.

Les coussins du lit très peu confortable, trop mous. Dommage de ne pas proposer des coussins de qualité en plume, là ils sont en polyester bas de gamme, on transpire la nuit. Même remarque pour la couette. La déco triste, ils pourraient faire un effort et décorer de manière plus sympathique. Le sofa qui a des tâches et donne une impression qu'il est sale.
