    Acceptable , except from bathroom , it's abit small. But the rest is ok. Staffs are really friendly . Location is really good . Room is quiet . everything is really convenient 👍

    spacious room, friendly staff, excellent location. wifi was poor, didn't have amenities in the room for 2 ppl (e.g. only 1 large towel, 1 pair of slippers etc). A bit noisy due to noise from the outside

    Chose to stay in Bern because accommodations in Lucerne were much more expensive, and we're glad we did (Lucerne is only about 1-1.5hrs away by train, and easy to get to Interlaken too). Hotel Savoy is just a few minutes from Bern Main Station and is already conveniently located in the old town. One thing I liked was being able to explore the walkable city in the morning before the tourist crowds arrived. Although there was an additional city tax, we received a tourist city card in return which gave us an access to local buses/trams/trains around Bern. My sister and I had a great time during our stay. We also didn't opt for the breakfast because there were Coop groceries all around haha :) Thank you!
