The restaurant, especially the women staff. 2hours and 30 minutes for a dinner with one main dishes and one desert. It is not the first time we do experiment this at your hotel.

Value for money stay with adequate aircon

Clean and tidy with adequate aircon.

Have to change from 9A to streetcar no. 9 from Bern train station. No supermarket and restaurants nearby and the hotel restaurant was closed for private event on the day we stayed. We ended up eating instant noodles that night.

Amazing view and value for money

The staff was exceptionally helpful including the front desk and restaurant. The connection with the city centre is amazing. View and cleanliness 10/10. I would highly recommend for people who donot like lot of crowd and noise to stay here. It's a very calm and serene property 🙂

Everything was convenient and they gave us free tram and bus tickets which made it very easy to access tourist attractions.

The behavior of a female receptionist when leaving the hotel (check out) was not very friendly or respectful.🙁

Good hotel but facilities are not good enough !!

The hotel is clean and good. However, we were surprised that the room was smaller that we thought. There was no extra lock on the entrance door. The toilet and shower room doors also NO locks - unbelievable !! And there is no refrigerator inside each standard rooms.

Please must put locks on the entrance door, toilet & shower room doors! Also, it is better to put one small refrigerator in the room ! At least we can keep some drinks or even milk !

Good location, easy to travel to and from hotel and generally pleasant staff.

The location was good and the commute to the hotel was very easy. The size of the room was fine with a decent size bathroom and toilet. Staff were generally polite and friendly.

The cleanliness was not what I expected. The headboard of the bed was dusty, which I had to clean before I could even sit on the bed. There was dust on the walls and doors, prominently visible. The water dispenser on the floor was never dusted or cleaned. The AC during the morning times was not as cool as the temperature displayed. 19 degrees display was like 23 degrees feel.

Clean, comfortable, great value, convenient location near public transport for easy access to city.

Helpful staff w great English (thank you), nice little children's area in foyer, LOVE the water stations and reusable glass bottles, super clean and simple but stylish rooms. Loved the location close to trams for easy access to city and hotel gave us free tram passes.

Would be great if there was a little fridge in the room. I thought room service was available but then couldn't find information about it. The restaurant didn't seem very inviting - should advertise more about menu including any local cuisine on offer.

Good location, 5 minutes on tram to old town, and 15 min to main train station, easy with free transport.

Very friendly staff, rooms are great, recently upgraded. Tram stop right out front and the hotel gave us a 24hr free local transport card

The barrier let's car in although there are no more parking lots available. It was - due to a concert nearby - a pure chaos driving in, not been able to park the car properly etc. Why doesn't the barrier stay closed when there are no more parking slots available?
