The Schweizerhof is a Bernese institution; there is simply nowhere else you should stay. Although the hotel is simply wonderful, it’s the staff, as custodians of this historical, timeless home-from-homes, that ultimately conjure the magic within these walls that make your stay so special.

The customer service was exceptional. Also, if anything was missed, the staff took accountability 1000%. I am extremely impressed with this hotel.

I had great time. Particularly Im grateful for welcoming my dog and providing amazing treatment to my pet. Only issue I would mention, stuff at breakfast was not very friendly. Stuff at the bar and terrace was amazing.
