It was a real treat to stay at the historic Bellevue Palace hotel. 5* luxury. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and helpful. Its location was also ideal as very close to the historic city centre.

My wife and I loved staying at the Bellevue Palace. The staff went above and beyond with their kind hospitality. The hotel is within walking distance of all of downtown. The style of the room/bathroom was superb. Very clean. Beds/linens/pillows were all really comfortable. Valet parking was wonderful. Definitely a 5 star stay at this beautiful hotel. Highly recommend to others.

The hotel was outstanding with incredible ambiance; the welcoming staff was professional and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was impeccably clean and spacious while the restaurants and breakfasts were five stars. We strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We had a fantastic experience with luxurious amenities, impeccable services, and excellent room views. The hotel is well-maintained and provided a safe and secure environment.

A lot of money for a small room. The bed was very small when you are used to a king size bed. The bathroom was tiny. Not enough space to place any clothing. There was a small walk-in shower cabin. There was no iron / board in the room. No electrical outlets next to the bed to charge the phone. The view from the window was nothing spectacular. They could have given me a room in their basement without any daylight, it would not have made any difference. I was clearly disappointed in this hotel and would not recommend anyone to spend so much money. I expected a different experience.
