The property was moving mattresses all day. Elevators blocked for guests. Almost got hit in lobby my mattress. Paid a lot of money to stay. Hotel is centrally located.

The hotel and accommodations were great. Unfortunately we were here during a heat wave and the A/C was not working. Staff did make efforts to repair and even offered to switch rooms. The eventual solution was staff providing a fan and that made it comfortable.

The hotel advertises that they have air conditioning. There is an in room thermostat and a cooling system, but you are unable to get the temp of the room below 22/23*C, even when AC is set to 17.5*C for multiple hours with windows shut. If

The people working here were great, but we just completed 35 nights across 9 cities staying at 4 and 5 star hotels 80% were booked through hotels.com. This NH Hotel is NOT a 4 star hotel as represented by Hotels.com. The rug at the front door of the hotel was dirty and ratty. The walls and base boards in the room were extensively dinged and scuffed. There was mildew growing on the grout in the shower. The plastic seal at the bottom of the shower door was caked with nasty brown scum. I couldn’t tell if the indoor/outdoor type carpet was clean because it was a brown/green color and there was a strange oder in the room. And finally, when we arrived in the room, I went to use the bathroom and there was a p-bic hair sitting on the lid of the toilet. We were charged by hotels.com over $500 for the first night and I think over $300 for the second night. I felt lied to and taken advantage of by Hotels.com, but I want to make it clear that this hotel’s employees were wonderful.

The property is a short walk from the bus and train stations and very convenient to the old city. My stay was not very long but the hotel offered a free drink if I did not require additional housekeeping, which I felt was a great perk. The restaurant looked busy during business hours. The front desk staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was a little tight in size but ample enough as I was traveling solo; the bed was otherwise very comfortable. Would recommend to others.

Disappointing! I feel like I was bamboozled! This hotel should have a 2 Star rating at best! The reviews for this property were really good and I honestly can’t understand how! I had to double check that I was at the correct hotel. We traveled as a party of 8 in Switzerland for 12 days and stayed at 7 different hotels. We loved all of our hotels except this one. The host was not very warm upon arrival. There is no parking at the hotel so I had to park 3 blocks away at a casino. I was so surprised/disappointed when I saw our room! It was outdated, had multiple dings in the wall, and had stains in the carpet. The bathroom is super tiny and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was no air conditioning. We laid in bed and marinated in our sweat all night. The only redeeming quality of this hotel is that it is in a fantastic location.

Would not recommend. Rooms in very poor condition. Damaged wall with large hole in wall, floor lamp damaged and inoperable with broken shade, dirty shower, torn rug, inoperable and poor room lighting. They covered a broken desk lamp with a tea set. Bathroom very poorly designed. More like a bad hostel or hospital room. Felt unclean and poorly maintained. We booked a premium room. Amenities were not as advertised. Claimed we had to ask for them. Couldn’t get any compensation because we booked through Expedia. Offered one free drink which was pitiful. Would not stay again or recommend. For our last stay in Switzerland it was sad and disappointing.

The construction went on all throughout the early mornings from 4 to 7 a.m. Although this is not the fault of the property it is not acceptable to have this noise while guests are sleeping.
