Clean room, polite and professional service, comfortable beds and good sized/clean bathrooms. Also, the hotel location is impeccable.
I'm only giving 4 stars because:
1) the pillows were somewhat thin and not very easy to sleep on, and
2) there was an unpleasant odour at the front entrance to the hotel when we arrived and it stayed there for 2 days. Not sure what was causing it but I hope the hotel management takes care of it.
Otherwise, excellent stay, I would come back to this hotel any time.

Great location within walking distance of the Bern train station. Lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. Hotel staff were friendly and the room was quiet and clean.

Lovely hotel with a perfect location.
Enjoyed an afternoon drink in the rooftop bar.
Coffee machine and water supplied in the room. Lovely comfortable room. Very clean and well maintained.
Air con which is lovely and quiet.
I would recommend and would definitely stay there again.
