    Everything in Switzerland is expensive, so I opted for this budget accommodation instead. The staff is welcoming and helpful, although the office hours are a bit odd since they close in the afternoon for 3 hours (not ideal for access to the luggage storage). The bathrooms/showers are clean, but it doesn't look like they clean the room floor often.

    The location is within Altstadt (old town) the main tourist attraction. All are few mins walking (restaurant, shopping shops, parks & coop our comfort grocery stops😊. The hotel has its common kitchen where you can cook & laudry area. They have free rice & pasta if you like to cook. They have free cereals on breakfast. Staff are so kind. Actually we left one of our backpack in oir hotel room upon our check out. We are on the train going to our other travel destination and Luca is so kind to message us that we left our bag & on safe keep. My husband went back to the hotel after 2hrs & we got it the way we left it. I would highly recommend it either backpackers, couple & family. Best budget hotel👍 honest staff, clean facility👍❤️

    Bern, the oldtown itself is super duper walkable charming city. My broken luggage (thanks. Airline) can easy access from the station to the hostel without any issue. Nice and friendly staffs with a convenient 24 hours access kitchen/dinning room. Safe and secure place with a ALDI (supermarket) right around the corner. Highly recommended.
