Great hotel, would stay there again.

Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast were good with a variety of choices.

The room was slightly small, could have done with a bit more space.

The location is perfect. The room was big enough. The small balcony was nice. It was clean.

The hotel was pretty old, the furniture was old. There was no AC, only a useless fan. The beds were separated and they had a big hole between them. The room was in the attic, and I kept hitting my head on the ceiling when I got out of bed. The staff was not friendly at all. We payed for a parking spot and in the 2nd day she was very nervous when I asked her polite to call the elevator so I can park. She kept saying nothing is declared in the system so I can not park there… Another thing is the breakfast which was very basic. The tables were in the basement. I ate only oats, nuts and some grapes and kiwi, but nothing else was as healthy. Not even more varied fruits. They had some pineapple one day that didn’t have flies on it.

Short walk to the old town , and had a secure car park. Hotel staff were very helpful.

Great great location from the city center free tram transportation staff was super friendly. Breakfast was outstanding.

Cozy place for a short stay

The room is cozy and everything clean. Staffs are friendly. Close to a tram station and within walking distance from the center.

Perfect location and a great hotel would stay again!

The property is perfectly located to pop into the centre of Bern via tram or an easy beautiful short walk over the river! The hotel was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful and we took our dog too who got some complimentary treats during the stay!

Superb

The hotel is in walking distance from the Old Town of Bern, it took us less than10 minutes. You could also take the public transportation for which you will receive free tickets. The staff is very friendly. There is parking available at a reasonable cost. The room was very comfortable (although we booked the cheapest option). A nice touch was the coffee and tea facility in the lobby. The area is very quiet, but there are restaurants and cafe's in walking distance.

Good choice for business trips & helpful staff

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was small but very clean with a comfortable bed and well equipped (kettle, coffee, tea, hair dryer). There is a very good working internet and there is a desk in the room, so you can work comfortably if you need to. The staff is very kind, at midnight they saved me with a plug adapter!

I can't think of any real inconvenience. Breakfast could be a bit more varied (more vegan options). There is a nice station at the entrance to the hotel with a coffee machine - this is great but you might consider 'traditional' cups instead of disposable paper cups.

3 tram stops away from the train station, very convenient. Bell staff VERY helpful in getting us started on our exploration of Bern and good restaurant recommendations!

Parking garage lift was broken. The room was very small - had to move furniture to easily walk through room, suitcase had to be placed in floor in front of door to open as there was no other room available. First picture see in ad is NOT the hotel.

Great breakfast, good location. Superior rooms are a good value - not much more than standard but much bigger and airier.

Rooms were often hot. Think most of Switzerland is going to have to get air conditioning with global warming.
