A couple travelling

The bed was comfortable, and the room had all that we needed, including the option to make coffee or tea. It was nicely quiet so we could sleep well. Free public transport and the buses go very regularly. There are a few free parking spots at the hotel if you are one of the first ones to arrive.

The staff was professional but could have been a bit friendlier. Some darker bread at breakfast would have been nice.

Good hotel. Welcoming and friendly staff. Clean, almost new room. Unworn, clean white bedding. The room has a small table. It is possible to make your own tea. Every day a bottle of water as a gift. On the ground floor there is a restaurant. Breakfast is traditional. There is even a fruit salad. Special thanks to Michael for help and hospitality. If I'm in Bern again, this hotel will be my choice.

The lady is very friendly and the room was clean and tidy.

Our windows were to the road and it was extremely noisy. moreover, there was no AC in the room and at night was hot and due to the noise, we couldn’t open windows

We had a short, but good stay with decent sleep and breakfast.

The breakfast was simple, but traditional and good. The eating area was pleasant and clean. We loved that we could park there for free and use the bus down the street to easily get to downtown Bern.

There wasn't a blackout curtain on one of the windows in the main room of our suite, where two beds were. The pillows were lumpy.

Le personnel ne parle pas français ni en anglais.Pas de papier wc heureusement il y avait une boîte de mouchoirs. Je n'ai pas déjeuner car pas beaucoup de choix et pas du tout appétissant( la charcuterie avait pas l'air très fraîche)

Hôtel charmant et confortable, mets exquis au restaurant

Le charme et la grande taille de la chambre, la qualité de la literie, le calme des convives au restaurant (la Suisse allemande a du bon... nous sommes Welsch...). Le repas du soir au restaurant était absolument exquis. 4 plats différents, les 4 vraiment excellents.

Gute Lage Tolles Haus sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet

Die Dame, die beim Frühstück im Haus war liess sich viel zu wenig blicken, nur wenn noch andere Gäste zum Frühstücken kamen. Sie trug unmögliche Kleidung ( Trainer, fast schon Pyjama) und sie roch leider sehr streng. Kein guter Start in den Tag. Ansonsten war aber alles in Ordnung.

Super Lage, um schnell in die Stadt zu kommen, Haus und Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Lage um in das Zentrum von Bern zu fahren war super ! Mit dem Bus Nr 10 der im 10 Minuten Takt ! fährt ideal und gegenüber Einkaufsmarkt.

Freundlichkeit: Beim Einchecken hatten wir hatte das Gefühl, zu stören und bei der Abreise war gar niemand mehr da. Personal beim Frühstück aber sehr nett und freundlich. Zimmer: offenes Waschbecken im Zimmer und Dusche/Toilette sehr eng, Ausstattung sehr alt aber Matratzen sehr gut.
