It was okay, but no service and no parking. Luckily stay only 1 night.

I understand it’s a budget hotel, but no staff at night to fix issues could lead to problems for the guest. Luckily you can reach out on them by phone.

The room was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the lobby was excellent for sitting down with friends and having a chat.

Not enough parking spaces for everyone, so we had to park 5 minutes by foot from the hotel, on a really dodgy location, during the night.

There was a misunderstanding with the parking spaces we needed to notify the hotel before our arrival. There was another parking in the area but it would be better if it was stated firmly in the description that you need to reserve a space in advance

Noise: Noisy appliances in kitchenette, flushing elsewhere in the building could be heard loudly in bathroom. No staff for check in after 20h, instead irritating self-check-in. Expensive parking, if you can even get it- did not find a way to get into the garage arriving after 20h. Not so great neighborhood. Numbers of keypad for getting in unintelligible.

Convenient, clean, spacious, everything we needed for a last minute booking!

Great value for money, a spacious room, hot water, a TV, everything we could want for a last minute booking. There was no staff, it was self check in on an Ipad which was fine for us

When I needed parking for our car, I called the number provided in the reception space. Someone answered immediately, and told me their garage was full, and kindly directed me to a parking lot nearby. It definitely would have been hard for me to fine that lot on my own so I am grateful for their help and patience.

If you're digitally comfortable, the check-in is a breeze. It's self check-in by uploading your id proof, etc. Rooms were clean

Exceptional

We stayed for 4 nights. The spacious feeling , just like in the pictures , modern , minimalist building, still new. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. The bus stop is outside with a five minute trip to the centre of Bern and station , using the free city Swiss travel card issued by the hotel. An Aldi adjacent to the hotel and a short walk to an amazing speciality coffee roasters.

Great value and comfort

The place is really good. Clean and tidy. It's more like a small studio provided with a kitchen, including utensils. It's fully self-checkin, and staff is available only till 8 in the evening. So, we never interacted with any staff.

Parking in their garage was full. It was bit challenge to find alternate public parking.

Relaxed stay in a beautiful city

The hotel itself was clean and smart decorated. Comfortable and big bed, and a small kitchette that facilitated the preparation of easy meals. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a smooth check in, whereas check out was a breeze. An Aldi supermarket was right in the corner. Bern Bahnhof and city centre easily reachable.

Nice new hotel with all the amenities. Parking available right on site. Nespresso coffee in the room. it also includes a free public transport ticket to take the bus into town, which was very convenient. would stay again.

The online check in was buggy so I had to do it all at the hotel. Fix the platform and this would be a perfect stay.

A really good choice

There was no breakfast included, but the mini-kitchen is really good equipped and it allows you to cook all the essential stuff you need. There's also an ALDI groceries store like 200 meteres away where you could buy even some non-grocery goods (clothes, travel stuff etc.). The hotel is quite well automated and the mobile app allows you to open all needed doors with a simple swipe. The equipment in the hotel is quite new and fully functional.

There was a problem with a parking space. Although reserved ahead of time, no free parking space was left in an underground garage as we arrived (this garage has spaces for multiple companies, not only the hotel). But after contacting the 24h support I've been told about an alternate space from another company which could be used in the same garage.

Very good stay

Very clean, quiet, comfortale room, very friedly and helpful staff. Our room was on the fifth floor overlooking a courtyard. Hotel gave us a free transportation pass. It was very convenient. There are 5 bus stops from the hotel to the old town. The bus stops next to the hotel.

There was no breakfast !

Some of the guests were threatening !! They simply used threatening demeanour when i stepped out of my room to go to the elevator & even tried to block me ! Daily house keeping was promised at check-in ! It did not happen on 1 day & on the next dirty the bath mat was folded & placed for use ! Disgusting !! Didnt know there would be no concierage ! Its not suitable for guests with luggage - its more like a hostel ! There was a naked baby crying in the corridor & no parent to be found ! Not an ideal place because of the guests that inhabit it !

Great accommodation with kitchen!

I really loved that the place has a kitchenette and furnished with plates/cookingware/cutlery! This was a pleasant surprise to us. We were able to cook our own meals especially since Aldi was right next to the hotel. The room is very spacious, modern, and clean; the hotel is very accessible from historic center of Bern - it's only about a 10-minute bus ride and the bus comes every 10 minutes. Would highly recommend!
