Cozy stay in a convenient location

Cozy and comfortable stay, a short distance away from the city center by tram. Very nice breakfast

Spaces in the hotel are quite small. Our room was tiny and the bathroom is separated from the room by a system of sliding panes, which didn’t quite slide all the way shut

The hotel is in a good and quiet location and the room was nice and comfortable, breakfast was great too.

The hotel was easy to reach from the city centre. The room was clean and efficient. Check in and check out was very easy.

Good choice for a stay in lovely Bern

Really nice small hotel just outside the city centre in Bern. Clean, comfortable and easy to walk to the historic centre (about 15-20 minutes).

Location is good and the single room was small but OK.

Staff were nice and put my cheese in the fridge for the duration of my stay. There were enough accessible plugs for laptop and phone chargers. Near the reception area is a decent table if one needs some space to work.

I had a single room and needed to do some work. The table is too small (round and the size of a large pizza) and the top is not fixed (turning). No decent chair either. I was also missing a safe for valuables.

Great value and good location for a short stay in Bern

For starters, the receptionist offered to upgrade my room to a larger one which turned out to be far more comfortable than what I was expecting. Location was perfect to get around through the historic center, and very close to the main train station. Room was quiet, clean, updated and very comfortable

Great stay! Well rested. Nice to be away from the busy city area, but stilll within walking distance.

Quaint, quiet, away from all the crowds. Comfortable bed, clean room, friendly and helpful front desk staff. Coffee bar and ice cream included!

Missed not having a small fridge and coffee maker in the room. No AC, but we knew that ahead of time and the fan provided got us through the evening.

Quiet location in residential area - 12 min walk to train station. Not too far from downtown for me. No AC but fan in room. Elevator. Bed. Great value while Women Euro 2025 was going on.

Property was as advertised, clean, provided basics.

I couldn’t get over the location, in the alley, near run down apartments and smelly restaurants. I worried walking home with my children to this location. We also couldn’t get a breeze going and it was stifling hot with no air conditioning. It just wasn’t for us.

Lovely guest house tucked away in middle of city Quiet and nice charm

Very nice home away from home. Cute and tucked away from noisy city streets and loved the room decorations and style. Not for everyone but i loved it.

No mini fridge. That would have been nice to have. Had some left overs and no where to keep it cool.

Amazing stay in Bern

My stay was absolutely wonderful, and I’m grateful for the outstanding service and help! I appreciated the location of the hotel, in a green and quiet neighborhood - I could hear the birds singing in the morning, with nice little green area in front of the hotel, and a small fountain, so beautiful and idyllic! It is within walking distance from the center, however I used the public transport, there is a bus stop very close by. The hotel premises and the room are very elegant and cosy, the room - very comfortable and functional, with everything you might need, a comfy bed, great linen and nice bathroom. I much appreciated the water bottle as courtesy from the hotel! I enjoyed a healthy nourishing breakfast during my stay after a good night sleep. Cannot recommend the hotel enough! Thank you!

A quiet and friendly hotel close to the centre

I had a large top-floor Comfort room. It was very quiet even with the window open, which is unusual in an urban setting, so close to the centre (4 minutes by free public transport or an easy walk). (Continental) breakfast was good with fresh bread and croissants. The reception staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. At this relatively modest price point in Switzerland, I was impressed.

The small size of the bathroom, but at this price point one would not expect a Four Seasons suite.

Nothing is nice. Its old and expensive. Location is good

Nice hotel, friendly staff and accessible location

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Was a nice quiet location with a little garden which was great for an afternoon drink. Easy to access the train station and old town (by foot if desired, 15 minute walk or so to the station, or by public transport which was very easy - and free with your accommodation!).

Rooms did not have air conditioning, but did have fans provided which was helpful - may get quite hot in summer though. No kettle or tea/coffee in the room.
