The hotel very well located in the centre of town and close to the train station.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave excellent advice on local activities. They told us about swimming in the river Aare and leant us dry sacks to store our clothes in.

Great location. Very friendly staff. Free coffee/cappuccino & water all day. Welcome drink too. Room was a good size.
No amenities in the bathroom other than shower/shampoo gel.

Friendly welcome, helpful explanations on arrival, luggage storage option, refreshments provided, good value breakfast, peaceful ambience in a busy location, quiet and comfortable well-equipped room.
We liked everything about this hotel. My partner found the bed a little hard, but it was perfect for me.
