Lovely unit and good value for money

Clean unit with a very comfortable bed. The bed linen and towels were the best we have experienced in our holiday.

An air con unit in the bedroom would have been beneficial but there was a fan in the room which helped push the cold air from.the living area

Lovely stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely ocean facing apartment within a short walk of the town centre. The washing machine and dryer were a nice bonus too.

Think twice

Receptionist was lovely. Location was good.

Turned up and there was a portacot for our 8 year old son to sleep in. Then the pull out couch mattress he was to sleep on was like sleeping on springs only. Sadly we left early as we could no longer enjoy our holiday with lack of sleep.

Felt the home comforts.

Right by the beach. Kids playground 50 m away. Had everything we needed. We were here for a wedding and had a big group of us staying. We had a mix of 1bedroom apartments and 2bedroom apartments. Shower had great pressure. Literally a wee home from home.

Wished it had 2 sets of towels. Was only one each and we forgot a beach towel. Didn’t want to annoy the team by asking for more. And the driveway is tight. But other than that nit picky stuff. Would recommend to everyone staying in Paihia.

Loved my sea view!!!! Across the road from the beach! 30 second walk :) 30 minute drive to Keri Keri River walk and Puketi forest walks, plus giant Kauris walk - don't miss it!

Noise level was loud. Busy point in the motel so had lots of traffic walking past had to keep the doors closed and curtains closed for better privacy.

My go-to stay whenever I'm in Paihia/Waitangi!

Great location - so close to the town centre, all the cafes and restaurants, and the Waitangi Treaty Grounds. Beach right at the front. Very accessible by both foot and car.

Bathroom seemed a little outdated and the shower had visible bits of black mould in the corners - not ideal especially if travelling with young children/baby.

Location was so good, close to beach and walks. Groceries close by and not far to walk to township. Unit had great views and good balcony, we had sea view apartment. Unit had everything we needed with regular checking for anything we needed.

Had everything you need. The cooking facilities and cook ware provider were good. Liked the added plunger coffee as well.

The only fault was the pillows. There was 5 to choose from it they were all the same pillow. Maybe have a mix of 2 different types. Also there was a few from balcony of rubbish on the driveway over, it's hars as cant control other people's property, but not a pleasant site.

I could hear the crashing of the waves. Our unit was in the front. Fabulous view. Nice large deck to sip our evening wine or morning coffee.

One night guests above us were very loud walkers! They were pacing a lot.

Great place to explore the area!

Location amazing with stunning views! and easy access on foot to other beautiful locations and supermarket just around the corner! lovely lady on reception super helpful upon check in & check out :) Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return and recommend to others!

Place could do with an update with maybe adding an air con or fan system to the bedroom as the bedroom can get quite stuffy. or an update to the windows as there was a bit of noise from the gas station & neighbours.
