The location was great. Just across the road from the beach and a short walk into the main part of Paihia. Also within walking distance to the supermarket and a cafe next door.
The room we had was quite dark being on the bottom floor and in the corner, however friends had a great room looking out over the beach. The car parks were very tight especially if cars didnt park straight.

The property is in a very good location. Our unit had a great view of the beach! The facilities were perfect, including a full size fridge, a cook plate, microwave, washing machine & dryer.
The bed was extremely comfortable!
The only negative is it that the bathroom is a little on the small side.
