Location was excellent and room was a good size and they were able to accommodate our 4 month old twins. The beds were very comfortable and the view was lovely
The servicing of the unit was very poor. Some days nothing was done at all. After 5 days our bin still hadn’t been emptied and with the twins you can imagine the amount of rubbish we generated. The beds were never made, and towels were sporadically refreshed. When we mentioned this to staff they didn’t seem too concerned which was disappointing.

Great location, right on the sea front. Busy sea front road but negligible noise from it in the apartment. Easy walk along the seafront to shops, restaurants and quay, and a longer but pleasant to the treaty grounds. Beautiful views of the Bay.
Room fittings needed minor attention - squeaky doors etc. Parking rather tight. Otherwise, everything was very good.
