Great place and definitely recommend

Had a great stay. Owner was great and gave some great feedback on tours etc and responded to anything we needed. Room was clean and tidy and as expected from photo. We were able to park right outside and was a lovely short walk to both Waitangi and main part of town for cafe's restaurants.

Nothing we didnt like. Note that there had been a cyclone come through a few days earlier so the beach wasnt great but understandable given the weather.

Large, restful with spectacular sea view

Wow what a view from beachfront studio. Generous size with everything thing you could need. Staff Excellent. We stayed early April and very peaceful and quiet at night. Lovely to lay in bed and hear waves lapping the shore. Laundry was modern I used dryer which was good value $6. Takeaway Shop just around corner. Just walk across the road to safe beach. Would love to stay there again. Some tours picked us up from our front door.

Well it was lovely and relaxing with a beautiful view and nice and private and peaceful

Well it was Matariki so it was quite busy in Paihia that wasn't a negative thing though we saw the most amazing fireworks right in front of our studio um can't think of anything we didn't like

Absolutely superb waterfront place to stay and relax.

Great location - right across the road from a safe swimmable beach, gorgeous sunrises. Well placed at the quieter end of Paihia with food shop (dairy / 7-11 almost next door and a decent supermarket less thn 1km away - an easy level walk). The owner was immensely helpful, even cleaning my car windows before I left! The room was spacious with a separate kitchen (about 5 sq meters) with microwave, cooktop and decent sized fridge. Housekeeping was spot-on, everything made spick and span every day. It's months since I've slept all night - I did it every night here and feel 10 years younger as a result. I will be back.

Having to think hard about this. OK - a small cooking knife would be an improvement. I would probably have been given one if I'd bothereed to ask for it - the owner is that kind of helpful guy.

Sea view, very central, good size unit, well equipped kitchen, excellent hot water, good streaming services, good internet, reasonable priced, pleasant staff.

Older unit, traffic noise at night, poor light in bathroom, very noisy fan in bathroom, kitchen layout poor but workable, fridge set to high so froze everything
