Quick overnight before flight.

Great Location for early flight.

We had a reservation for two adults and two kids in two rooms with two beds in each room. The check in process was painfully slow. After looking over all four passports, it took at least 15 minutes of standing around before we got our rooms assigned and keys.

Great stay

Easily accessible to city centre via nearby trams and buses from the airport—only a 5 minute walk away. Room was spacious and extremely clean, particularly the bathroom. Great amenities: fridge and a daily free bottle of water was provided. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of hangers/clothing storage. We had the best time here!

Wi-Fi did not work great in the room, unfortunately.

A lovely hotel, ideally located beside the airport, very comfortable room & kind staff

Lovely hotel located a very short walk from the main airport terminal. Despite a late arrival the staff were very friendly & helpful. The hotel is beside the main bus & tram line into the city, which made getting about very simple.

Absolutely recommend, everything just perfect, breakfast is amazing with diversity of all kind of options ( europian ,east aisa style , Mediterranean,), Staff lovely and friendly, everyone made my trip, easy access to tram which is free so you can go anywhere you want free, room huge and comfortable, I had my best sleep ever on that comfortable bed, thank you for everything NH

Disappointing

Spacious room, comfortable bed, within walking distance to the airport, tea and coffee facilities in the room.

1) Although I stayed for only ONE night, the hotel blocked THREE transactions on my card, in a total amount of approx. EUR 500. This has happened before and is unacceptable. 2) For one of those transactions, at check in, the hotel charged an extra EUR 25. Fair enough, but when I decided to have breakfast (which was not included in the price), I was told by the staff that I had to pay directly to the breakfast facilities. So what is the extra charge for, I wonder? 3) There were two silverfish in my shower. Whereas I do not mind these creatures (they are remarkable for their longevity), their presence drew my attention to the fact that the lower base of the shower was flawed with quite a bit of yellow limescale. For the price paid - and THREE pending transactions - the use of a bit of limescale remover in the hotel showers is not too much to expect.

Amazing stay,best nights sleep

Absolutely amazing hotel. No faults at all. So spacious and modern. Beds were super comfortable. Had an amazing night's sleep which was much needed after a road trip. Definitely recommend if you want a nice convenient quiet stay. Only about 10mins away from the main city centre which was perfect for us

Just what I needed

All was great. Nice shower, good desk for me to work at, ironing board on request and a lovely varied breakfast (the health shots such as lemon and ginger was awesome).

There only ever seem to be 1 person on reception so seemed to be a regular queue at certain times. I like to go green and have no one service my room which means I run low on coffee as it is not topped up. I would ask for more but don't want to queue for ages for such a task.

The room and the bed were very comfortable. a few minutes walk from the airport. free public transportation in front. Great location for government offices ( 3km away) or airport. Good value for money. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was good

Odd 4* hotel with

Friendly staff.

- The worst WIFI connection I have ever experienced (and I travel several times per year). You had to go down to the lobby to get the connection. - I have never been in a four star hotel with an entire floor (I think it was the second floor) dedicated to what seemed to be social cases. I was scared sharing an elevator with some of them. If they were "tourists" then I think they must've booked this hotel at a much cheaper price than I did. - Very uncomfortable pillows, had neck pain every morning.

Very pleasant stay overall

I stay at this hotel regularly, so my review is not just from one visit. The staff is always very helpful and accommodating. They have a real sense of service, which is sadly no longer a given in hotel these days. The hotel location is very convenient if you get there by plane. The food at the restaurant is also good.

Nice and overall clean hotel

Good parking Great breakfast No noises (airfield nearby, but haven't heard a single plane Dinner was good.

We had an incident with a bottle of water. There appeared to be some kind of abnormality inside the bottle. It looked like a bug and a hair that was mixed up in the bottle making process. It looked gross. The receptionist just took the bottle. Like it happens daily. No compensation for the inconvenience. No new bottle or anything. Was a bit of an awkward situation that could've been handled more professionally.

Good Hotel but way out of the city.

Staff was polite be it Administrative, Restaurant or housekeeping. Room Cleanliness was excellent. Overall a nice stay.

Too far from the city. 35/40 mins bus/tram ride. Very disconnected from some major spots which needs pre-calculations to adjust with public transport. If you have your vehicle, then it's good. It's a little bit pricey compared to the other newer hotels what I felt, but didnt mind. One dislike I had was lack of bath tub even after otping for it, but due to no clarity and images of the room on pre-checking-in website, I selected the default room coming which came with a separate douche area rather than a bath tub.

Best alternative for your trip to Luxembourg

Breakfast buffet is one of the most varied I've seen. 5-minute walk from the tram station that goes directly to the city center. Bus lines also pass by. Staff is very professional and friendly

convenient airport hotel

location for the airport is perfect. Food in the restaurant on a Sunday night was very good and reasonable. The barman did tell us there would be a small delay due to 6 tables being processed ahead of us and he kept to the timing announced. At breakfast, the waffle was really good

The bed was very hard. We did not pre-pay for breakfast and bought it in the morning directly from the restaurant. Sausages were too hard to eat, no cereals to be seen, juice were artificial, made in some fancy dispenser and very watery, ham was tasteless and appeared of cheap quality. At nearly 25 euro per head, this is a very bad value for money.

Perfect break during travel

Excellent stay. This is a restful and comfortable hotel, surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the airport. Very good connection to the city center (free public transportation). Nice bar/restaurant.
