It’s a great place to stay, and I strongly encourage anyone visiting the city to choose this hotel — you won’t be disappointed. The breakfast was excellent, with a delicious variety of fresh food and plenty of choices to suit every taste. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very secure, offering a quiet and comfortable environment to relax after a long day. The bed was large, perfectly clean, and very comfortable, and the staff changed the linens every day, which added an extra level of comfort and hygiene. Overall, the service, location, and quality were all outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Luxembourg — it truly made my stay memorable.

My stay here was terrible, solely because of the food. The room, etc., was standard for the price. The lobby was cramped and uninviting. But the worst part was that, because it was Christmas Eve, we couldn't get anything to eat except for a Christmas menu. And this was as travelers! We couldn't order anything extra or add anything to it. We were so hungry, everything outside was closed, and we had to take the set menu at exorbitant prices. The ice cream was incredibly sweet and had just come out of the freezer. The caviar appetizer was laughable and gave us stomach aches. But the worst part was the main course: the vegetables and sauce were so heavily seasoned, and the rest was disgusting, like a slop. The foie gras was as hard as plastic. We only managed a few spoonfuls of everything because we were so hungry, and we didn't even eat dessert because we felt so sick. The whole thing, presented as a Christmas menu with such highfalutin names as caviar and champagne and so on, was a complete farce. We asked if we could order anything extra from the kitchen. Salad, fries, sandwiches—they couldn't provide anything, just this set menu, which no one in our group could eat. Those of us who ate the appetizer and some of the main course out of hunger all left us feeling sick and unable to sleep. Our workday afterward was correspondingly bad. We haven't experienced such a poor Novotel hotel concept in a long time. Surely it must be possible to get even a small bite to eat.

Spacious room, polite staff, comfortable mattress.

The buffet breakfast provided was disappointing: limited in variety and low in quality. Room too warm to sleep comfortably (22,5-23 degrees, with the heating turned off!). Was initially given a room with a single double bed, instead of the two double beds it was supposed to have according to the reservation. Our room was separated from the adjacent room only by a single door with a gap underneath, so we could hear all their conversations. No hotel parking spots available for our car - all were already taken.

Good location close to airport not far from city centre free transport within Luxembourg is excellent

Nothing to dislike but one small issue was lack of Irish breakfast teabags and milk in room only one teabag and 2milk for 2 people apart from this stay was perfect

Good experience

Property is good condition, very much approachable from the public transport, rooms were good including bed, even the gym was also good, and all the equipment are well maintained.

Surprisingly all the restaurant staff were not wearing the smile on their faces, which is very surprising, where the reception counter staff are so friendly and cooperative, replying with the smile to all the queries.

Great hotel and great location

Great location for both accessing the city centre and the airport. The tram stop is a couple of minutes from the hotel and takes approx 15 mins to get to city. The hotel was great and in a quiet location, room very spacious. Breakfast was lovely although very busy on our first morning, the following two mornings we got up earlier and it was a much pleasanter experience.

A great stay !

Very modern and chic hotel, the staff were really kind and gave our daughter gifts when we registered, the room was comfortable and spacious.

Not that much of a negative, but must be said that it is not in the old town, but there is a direct (and free) tram or 30 min walk !

There were times when the corridor was too noisy during the night. Although this is not directly the hotel's fault I would suggest putting on some signs to ask other clients to keep quiet during the night.

It was a good, comfortable stay

It was ideally located

It didn’t have a microwave accessible to clients. We had to use the one in the Novotel suites and wait till the restaurant wasn’t busy to use the microwave. I think it would be nice to have one in the lobby area of the reception or on each floor. Also because of the style of showers in the rooms more than one floor mat should be given. They become soaked quickly and it can be a bit annoying

Everything very well maintained and clean. The service was great, food was also really good. Public transport very close and for free. Supermarkets and restaurants also nearby, within walking distance. Overall a very nice experience, I would definitely come again.

Good location, hotel struggles to cope when fully occupied.

Beds comfortable and breakfast had a good choice and quality of food was excellent.

Hotel check in was chaotic with rooms not ready on time. It wasn't straightforward to set Airconditioning. Coffee Machines were good but too slow when the hotel is full.

A very nice hotel for business travelers.

It's a nice hotel with very professional staff. Location is great for attending business events in Kirchberg. Hotel has a bar with an outside terrace which is always nice. A nice specious breakfast area. Nice bathroom with the great shower.

It's a bit of a mystery why would windows in ground floor rooms open from the bottom up and not from the top. The temperature in the room could not be adjusted. The breakfast was ok, but I expected more (eggs bellow the standard). On the check out they ask that you just leave the key and promise to send invoice by e-mail. Unfortunately, not true...still waiting.

Great hotel, friendly helpful staff.

Breakfast was really good and had a good range from full English to continental. It had something for everyone. We travelled as a family of 4 and the rooms were of a great size and we were more than comfortable. The hotel was very close to the tram stop so we easily got a tram into the centre to go exploring. We would use this hotel again if we were to go back.
