Recommended for a short stay in Luxembourg. 🇱🇺🙂

The hotel is located in a very convenient location, everything was walkable; the staff was very friendly and helpful; the rooms were clean and had everything they needed.

The only thing I can mention is the area in which the hotel is situated. It seemed like a mini “Red Light” district, but it felt safe regardless. It just had a bit of a different vibe from the rest of the city.

Overpriced for the conditions offered

The hotel staff was nice, always smiling.

I feel like this hotel is under the usual Ibis standards, starting with the room which had dirty walls with stains on it. The breakfast was one of the poorest I've ever tried. It only had a fridge with ham, cheese and boiled eggs, nothing cooked. The worst part was that during New Year's Eve and throughout the stay, the room was cold although the heating was turned on all the time.

Had a great time and will come back, hopefully coffee machine available during the day.

Everyone was helpful and friendly. I felt maybe a little more choice for breakfast. Location was great.

Would have been nice to have been able to grab a coffee from the machine especially as we'd been travelling from early morning but had to go out to get one ! Only available during breakfast !

Makes a Tokyo hotel room look spacious. Thank goodness I was only one because there is no way you can get 2 people’s bags into the room. Breakfast was revolting. Seriously the worst breakfast and most limited breakfast I have ever had. 🤮 Accor Group need to pull their socks up if they own this one also.

Bad Value for your money

The staff was very nice.

Even though the price is comparable to other hotels, the single bed room was SO small. I wasn't able to get my suitcase around the bed without lifting it over. There was a luggage dtand, but I had to rearrange the room in order to use it. Even then, it too up most of the free space. What I got wasn't worth what I paid.

Very basic but all great!! Staff was really fiendly, they even borrowed me an umbrella in a rainy day, very calm and quiet.

Great somewhat pricey budget stay

Staff was very friendly and helpful and housekeeping keeps the place nice and tidy. Our standard room was quite small (so was the bathroom) but most seemed to be in good order. Breakfast was a little basic but all we needed. Coffee and tea-facilities available in the after hours which was great. Airconditioning in the room was a big plus considering the high temperatures. The garage under the hotel is, just as they say, VERY TIGHT, so this takes some skill even in a small car.

Bedside light was physically broken but still worked. Beds seemed a little worn but still slept well. Room was next to elevator and staircase and therefore quite noisy. View out of the window was quite poor. All in all, we still had a great stay. For a somewhat budget stay I thought it to be a little pricey.

Please, hotel staff call the police when neighbors is playing music after silent hours,

Room is clean and nice, staff is friendly. I liked breakfast and it's cool that you can stay with a dog for a fair price. Chromecast on TV is a great feature!

Location is awful, there are a lot of cafes and Restaurants that were playing loud music until 2:00 am and I could hear all this noise pretty well even on 4th floor

disappointing and I would never stay there again

the staff were helpful and friendly. train station is not far

the room is too small, no facilities, not even a kettle. the room was too hot, no fans available for guests. the hotel's location is surrounded by bars and sex shops, the streets are full of people (most of time drunk and shouting, even at 3 in the morning or indeed all night, witnessed 2 fights in my 2 nights stay). personally, one of the worst experience

Extraordinary hotel in a bleak alley

The staff was very friendly, it was located right next to the city centre and the train station. The breakfast was fresh, tasty and filling! The rooms had sound-tight windows and airconditioning.

The street in which the hotel is located is quite bleak, there are night clubs right next to and opposite of the hotel and sometimes there was loud music which prevented us from opening the windows during our stay.

The A/C in the room was not great. We only stayed 2 nights, so we didn't complain at the property.

Nice hotel but poor surroundings

The staff is extremely nice, attentive and very helpful. Breakfast is nice, good quality although the offer is not that wide. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

The street where the hotel is in is terrifying. Understanding the hotel can't do anything about it, it feels quite unsafe and unpleasant to walk that street. Drug dealers at the door of some establishments and men clubs all along the street. Doesn't feel safe at all. Apart from that the and regarding the hotel, the lift wasn't working (although we were informed in advance), and the room was super small, there's barely space to move around.

I liked the proximity of the hotel to the tram line. This was very handy. The staff were all very polite, friendly and helpful. The staff were very accommodating and spoke English.

The breakfast options were very limited - there was no warm breakfast options other than toast or pancakes. Also, housekeeping seems to be done very late in the day. I went back to my room to have a rest later one afternoon to find housekeeping were just in my room so I had to wait outside for her to finish.

Rushed to leave

The room was comfortable, and enough to spend a few days in the city. It is within walking distance of the station and there are a few shops around, however there are some sketchy people around the area.

The staff was a bit impatient prior the checkout. The staff came in the room despite of having the card of not disturb, and then 30 mins later they call the room as well. We felt a bit rushed, which was not super pleasant after a night experiencing a migraine. If there was a break of the rules fine, but they should expect people to check out when it is possible, and not when they want us to leave. It was really unpleasant.

Small hotel in a not great area. Good for a base but not for a family

Luxembourg is a wonderful place. The staff were flexible and helpful. Once you get to the station all the transportation is free and is a great way to explore

The room was on the small side and not easy to get around. The double bed really needed to be 3/4 size double. It was a tight fit. Thou the room had all the amenities, difficult for someone larger to get around. Bathroom was cramped and small. Very difficult for someone larger to get around
