Great location, great service, modern and clean room.

The host is very responsive. The room is modern/clean and has a great location (close to the train station, supermarket, and restaurants). The hotel also offers daily cleaning, which is beyond our expectations.

Lovely and well appointed apartment in the centre of Luxembourg.

Property was well appointed and easily accessible from the central train station. Had every thing we needed for a couple of days exploring Luxembourg. Just up the road from the tram and bus stop and a fabulous Christmas market that ran through until early January.

Took a while to figure out the heating! Would help if there was a little overview

Wierd check in Shower with mold, bathroom door felt apart.. poor pillow .. coffe maker without a single coffee .. in general pretty disapointing

Although very convenient location and well equipped, would not recommend if you are not a morning person.

The location was great for access to the train station and public transportation. Walking distance to the Christmas markets, and a secure entrance. Kitchenette was equipped with enough to make meals, appreciated the toaster and tea kettle. There is a washing machine and dryer in the -1 floor for use.

Pay attention to the pics of the room. Mine was a lot smaller than I thought, with only the kitchen table as a seating area. I could not use the closet, for it had an extremely bad odor that I did not want my clothes to absorb. I am not a morning person, so having a maid service open your door is somewhat an invasion of privacy. There were no cards to hang to alert them you did not need service.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very convenient, exceptionally clean, and made for a comfortable visit. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it to others.

There is no soap to wash your hands with in the bathroom and the bottles of shampoo and shower gel were open and had been used.

Loved Luxembourg and would return.

The location of the accommodation was perfect to explore Luxembourg. A few minutes walk to the tram/bus stops/train station and cafés/restaurants. Explore the city and surrounding área. The transport is fantastic and Luxembourg is a beautiful country.

It is not totally 4 start hotel It is not totally value for money Room space is not totally as mentioned in booking.com I dislike hotels with no reception, no staff, no support Old building with narrow entrance Still working with metal traditional key Small bathroom and very small shower cabinet Toiletries are hard to manage No housekeeping at all, however it is mentioned as daily in booking. Com No safe box on the room Room light is poor Room view is backyard and other flats It was totally unpleasant and uncomfortable stay I didn’t like it

Nice apartment but some concerns about safety procedures and support.

The studio was well presented, very clean and quiet - located at the back of the building away from the busy road at the front. No air con but the fan provided was effective. Great to have a kettle!

The major problem for us arose from the lack of any onsite support, or a way to contact support 24hrs. The building fire alarm went off on the second night of our stay at 3am. We left the building - as did everyone else ....but then what to do? I phoned the number that had provided us with entry at 'check in' but no answer. I also sent messages via whatsapp, which have clearly been read, but still no response. I am surprised there has been no acknowledgement at all. We found the cupboard with the alarm control panel so could see that it was an unoccupied apartment that had caused the alarm, and with no sign or smell of fire, one of the other guests called the alarm company who came out, 20minutes later, to check the property, reset the alarm and confirm we could re-enter. When we left about 0930 the next morning, the alarm panel was still bleeping suggesting no staff member had attended. The alarm does not appear to alert a fire service or the security firm directly.

Great central apartment

It had everything we needed and in a great location. Very comfy bed and powerful shower. Was very modern. We opted for an apartment with a balcony. Quite small but big enough and nice to sit out on

Air con would have been nice but not vital! There was a fan and we had a balcony, but I’m guessing with it the big balcony doors letting in fresh air it could be quite stuffy

A nice, clean and spacious apartment very close to the railway station

A nice and spacious penthouse apartment right between the railway station and the town center. There is a tram station close to the residence and the tram takes 5 minutes to the center or you can walk the distance. The rooms were spacious and clean and there was a big balcony which offered an excellent sight of the national day fireworks.

There was no air conditioning but many fans we could use

Really nice! Great Location!

The location was excellent!! When we walked it took us only 10 minutes to get to the city centre, and if we took the tram it was two stops away. And in general the stay was fantastic :) The staff was really kind and they were very attentive with us. We asked if we could get another couple of pillows, and the same day, as soon as we arrived at the hotel they were already there, waiting for us.

We know that usually, in Luxembourg, there is no AC in hotels, but we recommend installing it for foreigners (at least as Spaniards we need it). Due to the heat we couldn’t sleep one night, but at least the room had a big fan that helped a little.

Room okay, but this isn’t a hotel. And you will not get hotel service.

Very little.

This place isn’t a hotel. There is no front reception to greet you. If you are traveling without cell service, you won’t be able to contact them. The photos of the front are not accurate and very misleading. Room wouldn’t get cool enough, so had to constantly run the fan located in the room. Since no front desk, no place to hold your after or before check in or out. I would recommend looking for another property.

It was a great trip.

This is a lovely, modern, studio apartment within walking distance of the train station in one direction and the Adolphe bridge in the other. It is close to a shopping area and several of the main points of interest. For other places, Luxembourg's free public transport is excellent.

unfortunately I did not have a working phone number because I’m traveling from abroad and only got a data-only SIM card so check-in was a bit of a hassle. I sent messages on booking.com to the host but I wasn’t answered at all both during check-in and check-out… we had to ask the bank next to the place to call for us so they could open the door for us

Trams came by every 10 mins during the day and into the evening. Could be noisy at times if we had the window open. We were on the 5th floor and the trams were right underneath. Very convenient for getting around though as all public transport in Luxembourg is free.

Checkin was terrible. Host did not meet us in person. Had to do several phone calls and he unlocked building entrance remotely. Since I had no Wi-Fi and from USA, cost of phone calls was very high. Even though apartment was nice, would not recommend, Prefer a host that meets you in person or provides specific instructions on how to access keys.

New and clean but noisy. Great potential but a few extra touches would make it much better.

Thick curtains blocking the light, which was good for sleep. TV with many channels. New and clean apartment. Close to the tram stop, only two tram stops away from the centre, close to the train station. Neighbourhood has plenty of supermarkets and caffes, restaurants.

Noisy the whole day and some part of the night because it is overlooking a busy street with a tram passing by. It was very hot in the bathroom and we could not figure out how to turn off the heating. One morning there was no warm water and the staff never replied to us to explain what's happening. Although there was a coffee machine, there was no coffee or anything else in the apartment. Overall ventilation in the studio could be better. It was not possible to set it up while at the same time we could also not open the windows to let some fresh air in. The overall key transfer was over the phone and we had to make a call. While this was not a problem for me since it did not cost extra, it might be a problem for people with a different phone plan. I did not figure out if this was supposed to be a serviced studio or not. One morning someone came to tidy up the place, but not on other mornings.
