Fantastic location, great breakfast

Perfect location. Love that you can park right next-door in the parking garage for a fee. Breakfast was great. And it was a nice surprise to see that we had a water boiler and coffee in the room. Small water bottles that were replaced for free daily was also a nice surprise.

I know it is Luxembourg, but I thought it’s still a little pricey.

The only thing I’m not very keen on is the fact that I can never find any other English channels on the TV and the in room I formation is not very clear on how to get access to English channels

Very practical location in the old city, with amenities, shopping, museums points of interest @ hand

The free pick up taxi ride from the airport on arrival, and the fact that we were allowed to enter the room before midday. The breakfast was very good and adequate for us. The location was excellent: we felt we had made the right decision.

Some noise coming from the place Guillaume, especially on Saturday late and into the night. Bearable, but annoying.

A conveniently located and clean hotel with some areas that could be enhanced to improve the overall guest experience.

The hotel has an excellent location, the heating system was efficient and reliable, and the room was very clean and well maintained.

While the stay was overall acceptable, the reception staff could benefit from more professionalism, the lobby furniture and layout could be improved, and the breakfast selection was fairly limited.

Very good hotel for a short stay.

Perfect location close to restaurants, the bus station was a few steps nearby. Also it was minutes away from the beautiful Christmas markets and major Sightseeing areas. The room was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was basic but very good quality.

Nice hotel, bad location

It was a nice hotel, clean, modern, the room was comfortable, the breakfast was very nice. Not much to complain about except....

It was a little pricey for what it is but more than that, it really was not a good location for us. It is right in the haute-ville, on a road. We stayed the night of Sat 18th Dec (for the xmas market). A bar nearly played loud mysic until 2am and there were still people outside until 3pm. A lot of noise, you could hear everything from within our room, including all the traffic. We didn't get much sleep at all.

Sort your staff out!

The location was great

The receptionist was incredibly rude- didn’t acknowledge us when we arrived and kept saying the room wasn’t ready even though we didn’t want o access the room, just drop our bags. It was such a shock to have such an unfriendly start to our trip that the comfort of the room, etc was lost on us

Despite my concerns, a pleasant stay with attentive staff

No electrical outlets at bedside tables. Only two outlets in the bedroom next to each other, with the size of my adapters I cold only use one. Desk lamp had use same outlets as did the water kettle so did a lot of connecting and disconnecting . Poor surface area to store personal items in bathroom Intermittent loud buzzing sound at certain times of the day, I got used to it by the second day. No vegetables or salad items at breakfast unlike the other hotels I stayed at, I really appreciate the vegetables-hard to get when you travel Air conditioning seemed to blow right on me and cycled on and off rather than keep in the room at a constant temprtature

Perfect place to experience Luxembourg for the first time.

Art vibe, central location, English speaking and very friendly staff, fresh hard boiled eggs at breakfast and blueberry cheesecake, breakfast included in price.

The room was very small. The beds are mounted on wheels, so they can be displaced if you move to abruptly. The sliding door to the bathroom was stuck and couldn’t not be closed correctly.

Great

Booked this weekend stay on my 19 year old daughter’s behalf, with short notice. Location was perfect and felt safe and secure. Breakfast was good - typical continental style. Staff and hotel were very accommodating as they allowed my daughter to check in earlier on arrival and check out later on her last day. Bed and bathroom were great. A couple of issues with payment for the hotel. I had paid on booking.com but the receptionist needed my signed authorisation, which we managed to do via email, however, shouldn’t be required as I had paid and my card details were on booking.com. The process was sorted swiftly, so all good in the end!

A good central location that provided the opportunity to walk throughout the 'city' of Luxembourg.

The room was a good sized corner room, with good windows that exclude external noise with curtains that black-out any external light. The room had good lighting and European power sockets.

The air conditioning unit worked they well providing a good cool flow of air - however, the control unit was difficult to operate. The television was large, but the operating instructions in the room 'guide' did not match the options available 'on-screen' so it wasn't possible to gain access to the large number of channels advertised in the room guide.

A peaceful holiday with beautiful and interesting visiting sights.

Location of the hotel is excellent within walking distance to many of the tourist sights, and many restaurants to choose from. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was well varied and included very fresh bread and fresh fruit.

The AC was not cool enough since the outside temperature increased and we could not open the window due to the festivities in the streets.

Incredible centre location, very comfy & good value.

Fantastic location in the old town area, so close to so many sights! The room had everything we needed, was very clean and had a very comfortable bed perfect for a cosy & restorative night’s sleep after walking up and down the centre around the river. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The hotel is part of a gallery and there’s beautiful art and poems displayed on each floor.

It was a Friday during Ramadan when we stayed, we could hear music from the nearby square by 9pm - we were tired after exploring so it didn’t keep us up, for light sleepers perhaps bring ear plugs.

Adequate, but a bit overpriced for the stay

Easy walking distance to the main tourist attractions in town

Nowhere to park to drop off your bags, you have to park in the public carpark next door, which means lugging your suitcases around. Also only half the rooms have smart TVs, and ours didn't, so we just had free to air tv to watch.

As usual, room was very clean and well appointed. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Staff helpful. This is my default choice for stays in Luxembourg city. The best value.

Location in the middle of the centre, surrounded by bars, supermarket, bus-/ tramstation and much more.

Breakfast was a bit crowed, people had to wait for a spot (around 9AM).
