A good location for a weekend getaway.

The rooms was nice and clean, the breakfast was full of variety and the staff was very polite.

Although easy access during the day (public transportation) the location of the hotel limits the time for a good night evening out because of the time table of the bus. The shower is quite old but does it job.

The room was neat and tidy. the facilities (pool, sauna etc.) were good, I did feel a little out of place when using the facilities being the only person of colour but of course that's nothing on the hotel itself just the other patrons. Since it was winter only the indoor pool was available and it was a really nice pool, I think though better for adults than children due to the dept. Front desk staff was friendly and really helpful. The lady even explained how the public transport worked. The breakfast was, as compared to other places that I've stayed simply okay but that's just due to my preference. The location is conveniently close to the city centre (accessible by public transport). Plenty of parking spaces (free) available if you plan on driving there and also easily accessible to uber/taxi services. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Some of the things in the room, more specifically the bathroom was a bit old and needs to be upgraded. Since I was travelling with my husband the room we picked was where either we got 2 single beds or 1 double bed, so we chose the double bed option which was just the 2 singles pushed together which we really didn't mind but at the same time the duvets were also 2 individual single size ones which was rather odd. The other thing was that sound travelled quite a bit from the neighbouring rooms and the hallway, now I do not hold the hotel accountable for the loudness of other guests maybe just a point of consideration for future upgrades to work on soundproofing.

They didn’t have room service and yet the hotel was constantly full with events so to have personal time it would have been good to have the option for room service.

Sad experience

I didn't like it at all, and it was a bad experience.

The staff at all parts of the hotel are not friendly The rooms as well as the corridors have a bad smell. Individual family is uncomfortable. A very tight breakfast place that makes you hit the guests and queue for most of the breakfast ingredients. The pool water is very cold

Good location for weekend trip

It was very nice to have a bus stop so close and to have so many facilities such as an indoor pool and gym. Food was good at the restaurant

The room smelled like sewer and the carpets were not very clean, they made us sneeze. Breakfast was poor value for money.

Nice hotel. Nice indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym. Robes provided. Only a few minutes by b7s from the city centre ( do read timetable as not so frequent bus service)

No kettle, tea, coffee in the room. Not typical for a 4 star hotel. Also, no drinking water at the pool area.

Perfect for a city break

Staff were friendly, very clean, lots of facilities, so easy to get in and out of central Luxembourg, nice area.

Could do with umbrellas or sub pounders around the outdoor pool as there’s no shade.

This is a budget hotel not a 4 star

Location was convenient so we didn't get caught in the city traffic

At Check in I wasn’t even greeted with a smile- the staff member said bonjour and walked off - 7 minutes later another member of staff appeared to log on for his shift and asked if I needed anything! The room was shabby and basic, not even tea/coffee facilities. We were woken up both mornings at 7am with staff shouting and laughing to each other in the corridor. The restaurant food at dinner was basic,- spaghetti primavera was spaghetti- no sauce- 4 cherry tomatoes. 3 small pieces of broccoli and some courgette- the perfect meal for a fussy toddler but not passable otherwise. We sat on the terrace at dinner as it was a lovely evening - whilst people dripped through in their hotel dressing gowns taking a shortcut from the pool. Breakfast quality wasn't any better with stale tasting pastries and low quality food. Outdoor pool hardly had any seating out, and it overlooks the carpark. The spa was so full and noisy that we left within 5 minutes. At check out I was asked how my stay was - I said " not great really,' to which the response was "oh' and then I was told what the bill was, there was no interest to ask why. This is not anywhere near a four star hotel! It may have pools and a spa but service and quality are distinctly lacking.⁷

The sauna and pool are probably great if you visit off peak or during slow times but when I visited it was super crowded so not as relaxing as I had hoped and well not super hygienic. Dinner was quite good but breakfast was average for the additional price. Staff at front desk are super friendly and helpful but otherwise at restaurant and bar they seemed a bit overworked

Excellent hotel, I would stay there again

The hotel exceeded my expectations the room, staff facilities and location were excellent. Our room had the best view of the mountain and trees. Breakfast had everything you need. Hot food, bread yoghurt fruits etc. best of all the swimming pool and sauna was the best

The gym was a bit small and the bathroom door had marks on them which looked dirty but the bathroom and the rooms were clean. The buses doesn’t run as often. I think every 30 minutes

Nice location and spa but not possible to sleep

Hello, looking for a commercial gesture from the hotel because or from you until 3 am not possible to sleep due to construction work and their noise ! Have warned the reception There is a spa to relax but in the other side not possible to sleep

My stay has mixed reviews due to the unacceptable behaviour of other guests staying at the hotel.

I cannot fault the hotel facilities, particularly the swimming pool and the sauna. I very much liked the room, which was very contemporary and spacious. Breakfast was good.

The hotel turned a blind eye to the noise and the mess in the hallway, made by other guests on the same floor.

Disappointing

We booked this as a final hotel on our journey home to the U.K. we thought it would be restful.

The check in staff were slow and they weren’t friendly. The housekeeping staff came into the room at 9am whilst we were still asleep and we discovered the swimming pool cost 25 euros per person to book in addition to the price of the room. Suffice to say we gave the pool a miss. Our room also had a strange smell and the beds were super soft. My husband had a bad back in the morning. We don’t usually complain about hotels but we would definitely not return to this one

Perfect choice for car travellers and large groups

Modern and large room, comfortable bed, free parking, excellent breakfast. Hotel is located in the outskirts of Luxembourg city, so it is easily accessible from the highway. This is lareg hotel with good availability - we're able to book 5 single rooms virtually in the last minute.
