Clean hotel room. Public transport only a few min walk, with perfect link to the City Centre. Carpark is available in a hotel, however free parking spaces are available on the road during the weekends.

Good.

It is very close to the metro and since transport is free, it is easy to get anywhere. Comfortable room with good use of space. Good breakfast. There is free coffee and water during 24 hours.

The room cleaning service was terrible. It was practically non-existent. We had to complain to get a minimum service.

Hotel nuevo para descansar tras un día de visita

Hotel muy nuevo con instalaciones buenas. Habitación y baño amplios con mucha luz natural. El agua de la ducha salía con bastante presión pese a estar en el ultimo piso. El colchón y la almohada son muy cómodos. El desayuno con bollería y pan rico. Café, te y chocolate gratis durante todo el día con una maquina que hay en el recibidor del hotel.Tiene taquillas donde puedes dejar tú equipaje antes del check in y tras el check out de manera gratuita. 20 minutos del centro en tranvía T1,hay dos paradas muy cercanas a un par de minutos(transporte en todo Luxemburgo gratuito)

El día que llegamos el cuarto de baño era un frigorífico, pese a que la calefacción estaba puesta hacia mucho frío, al día siguiente se arregló y ambas estancias tenian una temperatura similar. El desayuno aunque bueno, tenía poca variedad en frutas

B&B, bom e barato!

A 2 minutos do Metro, a cama super confortável e o chuveiro era sensacional. Também muito importante, antes de irem ao centro passear, podem beber um café gratuito!

A porta da recepção estava trancada depois da meia noite, compreendo que seja por questões de segurança, mas em dias de chuva não dá muito jeito ficar à espera na rua.

Week a Lussemburgo

L'hotel si trova nella parte sud della città a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata del Tram che ci ha portato qui direttamente dall'aereoporto e poi in centro Nella Hall ci sono bevande calde (cioccolata, caffè latte ecc) e acqua gratuite h.24 Camera e bagno tutto molto pulito la notte si dormiva molto bene letti comodi e nessun rumore Le receptioniste molto gentili e simpatiche Ci hanno messo a disposizione sia la cartina della città che quella delle fermate del tram E' stato un ottimo soggiorno anche la città con la neve aveva un paesaggio molto particolare

Niente se dovessi tornare a Lussemburgo sicuramente tornerei qui

Es war leider viel zu kalt im Zimmer. Es ließ sich auch über die Klimanalgae nicht gut steuern. Im Bad daneben war es extrem kalt und das ging von der dortigen zentralen Lüftungsnalge aus - das war gar nicht regelbar. Im Bad waren auch keine Heizkörper.

Bel hôtel (nouveau design des hôtels B&B) situé dans un quartier très récent. Le tram (gratuit comme tous les autres transports en commun) situé à 3mns à pied, permet de se retrouver en 15/20mn au centre ville.Très bon rapport qualité-prix

Nonostante alcuni difetti, considerato il prezzo, la scelta è stata comunque ragionevole.

Hotel nuovo, con un design moderno e piacevole. Nella hall c’è una zona con acqua, tè e caffè gratuiti, cosa davvero comoda. Nonostante il check-in tardi, il check-out fino alle 12:00 è un vantaggio ed è più confortevole rispetto a molti altri posti. La zona intorno all’hotel non offre nulla (è un’area industriale/uffici e cantieri), ma i collegamenti con il centro sono ottimi e ci siamo spostati senza problemi.

Il personale alla reception è sorprendentemente poco cordiale e non ci ha informati della possibilità di fare il check-in anticipato con un supplemento di 15 euro. Quando siamo arrivati, ci è stato semplicemente detto che era impossibile entrare in camera prima delle 15:00. La pulizia della camera è stata minima: non mi sarei nemmeno accorta che fosse stata fatta, se non avessi notato che era stato svuotato il cestino. Ma letto non rifatto e asciugamani non sostituiti. L’asciugamano sporco che avevo lasciato sul pavimento del bagno, come indicato dal cartello per richiederne la sostituzione, non è stato cambiato. La finestra della camera non si apre: non sappiamo se per motivi di sicurezza o per il cantiere vicino, ma non è stato possibile far entrare un po’ d’aria fresca. Nella doccia l’acqua calda era instabile, con improvvisi getti di acqua fredda.

Inrichting, heel mooi, kleuren en materialen. Ontbijtservice, uitgebreid en goede kwaliteit, vrienelijk/hartelijk personeel. Koffie, thee, water/gekoeld in de lounge ruimte, perfect goede apparatuur. Goed afgestemd met een kleine bar. Rondom het hotel, netjes ruim en natuurlijk ogende materialen., al met al top architectuur bouwkundig binnen- en buiten

Heerlijk verblijf in een prachtig nieuw hotel!

Personeel was erg vriendelijk en heel erg behulpzaam, de kamers zijn nieuw en dat zie je aan alles; goede bedden, geen overlast door de dikke muren, heerlijke sanitair en een goede lift! Om de hoek zit een gratis metro en met een kwartier zit je heerlijk in het centrum, stap uit bij metrohalte Hamilius!

Tijdens het ontbijt liep iedereen heel erg door elkaar, ik zou proberen een looproute te maken en misschien twee koffieautomaten.

Es war erst drei Wochen in Betrieb. Daher natürlich auch sauber! 👌🍀 Sehr nettes Personal, aber unerfahren und noch nicht genug angelernt. Aber es wird, gab zb an der Bar auch Fachpersonal die die anderen angelernt haben. Insgesamt sehr gut!

Da es sehr neu ist, war das Personal noch nicht optimal aufgestellt! In den Zimmern gab es Shampoos in der Dusche, nur leider leer.

B&B HOTEL Luxembourg Centre Cloche d'Or was prima voor elkaar.

Het verblijf voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Vooral De jongeman bij de receptie (lang, blond, bril), en Cindy bij het ontbijt waren bijzonder behulpzaam.

Jammer dat het hotel naast een bouwput staat, waar al 's morgen vroeg met veel lawaai werd gewerkt. Gasten die bij het ontbijt thermosflessen staan te vullen, waardoor de koffieautomaten al snel leeg waren, moetn op dat gedrag worden aangesproken. Op de kamer was heel winig tafelblad beschikbaar. Door het snelle openen van het hotel op 1 september kwamen tijdens ons verblijf onvolkomenheden aan het licht.

Ottimo per viaggiatori per una notte

Albergo di nuova costruzione con arredamenti da valutare. Posizione vicina a Centro Commerciale ed ai mezzi di trasporto da e verso il centro.

Pulizia delle camere inesistente, hanno tolto solo quanto presente nel cestino e riposizionato il piumone del letto, mai passato l'aspirapolvere o eliminata la polvere sui mobili su quattro notti passate in albergo. Mancanza di un frigorifero. Spazio abiti assente tranne qualche appendino. Porta valige pieghevole che se aperto determinava una riduzione importante dello spazio dove poter camminare per raggiungere una parte del letto. Camera molto piccola.
