Que no tuviese elevador hasta el 4to piso.
Solamente hasta el 3 por lo que me tocó subir mi pesada maleta un piso.

The hotel and room feature a charming, classic interior design. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were very kind and friendly.
We chose this hotel for its parking, but were told it was full even though the hotel seemed empty.
The room lacked a mini refrigerator and coffee machine.
There was construction on the exterior of the building; it was fully covered and inconvenient.

The hotel entrance, rooms and overall look and feel is nice.
The way I was greeted at reception. I arrived around 22:30pm and the man at reception declared that I had no reservation without double checking. This was not what I was expecting given I was travelling alone.
