Comfortable rooms that were very clean and the staff were kind and accommodating.
The towels were fluffy, the shower had great water pressure, and the bed was comfortable.

The location is ~10 mins from the train station and ~20 mins to the centre of the city. However, there is a close tram stop nearby if you prefer to take public transportation. Very friendly staff
The hotel was having issue with their wifi. I was on the first floor and the connection was as unstable and I had to keep re signing into the wifi. It got quite frustrating as I was attempting to contact family. I informed the staff so hopefully they have fixed this issue but I’m not sure

The hotel entrance, rooms and overall look and feel is nice.
The way I was greeted at reception. I arrived around 22:30pm and the man at reception declared that I had no reservation without double checking. This was not what I was expecting given I was travelling alone.
