Good breakfast and location. Very warm and friendly staff

Breakfast is good. Staffs are very warm and i was very happy as i requested last minute for a little surprised for my husband’s birthday and they did not disappoint, we opened the room and a sumptuous choco lava cake’s waiting for us to devour!! Thank you so much!

Lovely stay in fabulous city!

Clean and fresh. Good sized room for two people. It had a small fitness room which was accessible 24/7. Good location. Only about a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I used the fold out sofa bed for my stay and it was quite uncomfortable.

The sofa bed in the room was comfortable but extremely squeaky/noisy. Novotel bar was lacking ambience and luxury decór compared to other hotels in the area (but bartender was great!).

Located in the city centre, easy to reach national sport centre, because we are coming for children’s badminton tournament. A hearty breakfast ensure the kids a good mood for the start of the day.

Location is very close to the train station and a 10/15 min walk to the center. They have a small kids area which my kid loved and kept him happy for some time. The staff are really friendly and helpful

We aware of high extra fees

Bed was confortable and the breakfast was good, we liked a lot the variety of marmalades.

We have a hotel and we have identified Two big things to be aware about this Hotel, Parking in the area, they don't have parking in the hotel, you cant park anywhere around, the only option is to park in a private parking under the building that cost around 80€ per 3 nights, you can pay the parking by their counter but is "not owed" by them. Switzerland has costs of living way higher than Luxembourg, we have never paid such an amount for a parking here. Another big problem is the dog extra charge, we have been travelling around the world to dog friendly hotels and is the highest ever amount we have paid per day in a hotel for our dog. They charge 25€ per night. No dog bed, no blanket, no water nothing specifically dedicated to dogs in the room and the most expensive dog fee ever, together with the parking... We will not come back

No one told us there's a "credit line" for every room and that we cannot put our expenses (like coffee or dinner in the room or extra water) on the room to pay at the end. Breakfast yes, but the rest no.. Strange. So we had to pay always for everything and was lost time for us. Room was clean, but when I needed to dry my baby's clothes at the window (room doesn't have balcony and windows do not open (!!!), I found a looot of dust at the window area and when I checked just for curiousity the area on top of the wardrobe, it had 2 fingers of dust. Dust that we breathed for 3 nights. Couch was very uncomfortable, one side was a bit higher than the other one and I slept very bad No fresh air...no openable windows

Perfect place to stay with families. Convenient location as it near to everything.

Breakfast is wonderful. A lot of choices and the quality is excellent. My kids really like the pastries, pancakes and bread. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The best part is the convenience as the hotel is very near to the town center.

Location was awesome. Breakfast spread was ok. Kids play area is very nice addition.

My bias for lavish Indian breakfast cuisine plays a role here as there were limited options for family but since this is European property I lower my expectations... A nice surprise could be some Indian vegetarian dishes if it could be arranged Since the property was close to city centre the parking was also charged but convenient so folks using their own car it's very very convenient
